I have had Saturn's for about 23 years, my last one lasted 19 years, I've done so many repairs and just in May replaced my cradle. I've learned so much through the years from you and your channel so Thanks for all you do for Saturn and the car community you are truly a blessing, would like to meet you someday!

Interesting. Never heard of this before. Would also be interesting to open bad hose to see how if collapsed. Thought maybe some debris might have plugged it. Always enjoy your vids. Great detail!

Richpin, I had this problem on a GM. I would not have believed it had I not seen it on my car... Thanks for showing others!

Sometimes this problem can be hard to find.

Great video Rich. I remember years ago a mechanic told me that brake hoses can go bad and act like a check valve.

To prevent ever experiencing that problem (or a burst hose!), last year I replaced all my flexible brake hoses on my 1997 Saturn SW2 as a preventative measure and flushed all the brake fluid completely. Once every 25 years isn't too much to ask of the ol' girl!
Thanks for all your fantastic videos over the years Rich!! They are responsible for keeping my Saturn reliable and on the road as a daily driver!
