Hmmm... sorry, I would not call these the Top 10 by any means. Sylvan is good I will say, and the Carousel Bar is a good spot to have a drink (if you can get a seat - which you probably won't). Sad you left so many better places out. I guess to each their own.

Other places I ate at (some just for beverages and/or snacks, but I was there): Domino’s Pizza, Howlin Wolf, Harrahs Fuddruckers, Amorino, Crystal fast food, Envie Expresso Cafe, Riverwalk Mall Greenleaf, Riverwalk Mall American Cookie, @ French Market, Tabasco Country Store, Brothers Chicken, Subways GD, New Orleans Legends by Cafe Beignet
Don't like Rich People restaurants. Overpriced, small portions and try to make the food look like art. Not saying all these selections are Rich People Restaurants
So many to choose from, I enjoyed acme oyster house, mike Anderson's and Pat O'Brien's, but so many other greats!
Sometimes the Mom and Pops joints have the best food
