I have had a stutter for 25 years of my life. I recently discovered your channel and watched all your videos. I use all your tips for breathing, pauses etc and when I implement your tips with my speech therapy, I am getting fantastic results.

Today I did my engineering project.
My PowerPoint was about 5 mints but the moment I started my part I forgot what I was gonna talk about I stated talking so fast I finished my part in40seconds. I am so embarrassed 🥺

I'm so sorry to hear you had to experience that. We've all have similar experiences at some point. Hopefully, you can evaluate what caused that to happen and come up with strategies to improve your next speaking opportunity. Don't give up. We can only get better one step at a time.
