Thank you so much for your videos! I had open otoplasty many years ago and need a revision on one ear. I am very interested in the insisionless for this as its not major. However I am in Australia and no plastic surgeons here do this. Only cosmetic gps. Is it better togo with the plastic surgeon even though they only preform open? Is it possible to get insisionless after open as I still have permanent stutures and wonder if they will get in the way? What are the long term successes rates of no insision for adults?
