We will always have the self-righteous ones who hate what ever is not the status quo. Then we have the logical thinkers who experiment and come to real conclusions based in reality and not in myth or regurgitation of other regurgitators.
Moral of the story. Think for yourself and don't be afraid to admit when you are wrong. Just because you love it does not make it the best for everyone. And you opinions are not FACTS.

you have made it so easy for me to decide on this build. I have been considering it for months and months. I have watched your build video and it will for sure help me with my future build of "Climmy" named after Cliff Burton and of course Lemmy Kilmister. OK, you've convinced me. I'm going to order and build one of these kits. In 1993, I bought a used 1986 Rick bass (4003?) for $495. Can you believe the price? In near perfect condition, too! Unemployment claimed it several years later, unfortunately. I loved that bass, even though I'm a guitar player. I certainly can't justify the cost of a new Rick bass now, even a used one... So, based on your videos (unboxing, building, modding, etc.) of this kit, I'm going to get one. Thanks for all that you do!

Just shy of $1400 in todays money...(Still a 1/2 price bargain, unthinkable today)
Where did you get the truss rod cover and other upgrades?
Be aware the hardware might be terrible. My build came out great though. Mine was a Chinese fake so the real Leo models are probably better 😂
