These videos are a comforting lifeline ❤
This video has been very healing for me. Thank you ladies.
You two are great!!!! We have to get through it, we will get through it, and we will live happily once again (or for the first time ever).....is the message I received.
Two women who have received healing. I’m here because I don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, but you both have experienced it. 36 years alive, 20 years on psych drugs. My taper is long.
We couldn’t see the light either. It’s there for you too. It’s always there. Sometimes you can’t feel it or see it but you have to do this anyway. It will come.
@@AngiePeacockMSW I believe you!
As a 40 yr old Chinese women , I admire Brooke siem so so much🥰

This is such an excellent interview.I have learned a lot from watching this video. “This has turned out to be the biggest gift of my life”. So want to be able to say this - on the other side. 35 months off the prescribed drug K. After 30+ years. I’ve often said “ I want to see it as a oriveledge to have travelled this journey.” Do I think this while in the throes of it? Oh no!! But deep down on the inside I believe I will hear myself echo these words. Meanwhile…….. I wait and do what I can, fully believing that this too will pass and a new life awaits, ❤😊
Thanks so much you two! I needed some comedy going through this mess. 🙏
We said the F bomb a whole lot!
God work 🙏🏽

Brooke thank you for your perspective so good! I’m forwarding this to my GF whose daughter is struggling w psych meds her docs want to do a radical detox on her. Frightening! I’m 18 mos out of a 10 day benzo detox. It’s been extremely difficult. But like you I had no choice but to carry on and that was my blessing. Xoxo
Im Comming off citalopram now 9mg 1mg in a few mounds its zo hard😮
Angie - have you heard of people healing from PSSD and emotional blunting from SSRIS? Currently going through that right now :/
I’m off Lexapro almost 10 months
Yes. People heal from it. It took me a few years but I finally got mine back. It’s very common.

I’m so happy you’re off and trying to heal!
