- A 48-year-old woman died after a fire broke out in a flat at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 on Mar 5. Her 20-year-old son was injured. SCDF said the blaze engulfed the living room due to a “vast accumulation of combustible items”.

Their neighbors should report to Town Council about this neighbor have collected alot things in her house. Because if this house on fire they also affected.

Report also need to have proof. No proof how to report.
Sorry actually not really complaint. If you notice that your neighbor are collecting alot rubbish to their house you can just inform Town Council. Then they know what to do. They will not tell your neighbor that you are the one that inform.

My neighbor is similar as here, living in a flat full of “life collection” within n outside, I’m worried too but where can I seek help? Town council is reluctant to deal with n the law is not able to help prevent potential fire hazard... any suggestion?
Maybe have a talk with your neighbor and express your concerns? And perhaps lend a helping hand in clearing their unwanted items :)

Actually if good neighbour report to the town council tat they hv such kind of neighbour hv stuffs so much rubbish bags which the smell deteriorated, this kind of fire incident won't happen if all of us need to be aware

it could be a psychological issue they are dealing with internally that has manifested outwardly .....
loneliness
severe depression
insecurity
distress
sadness
they do need some help
like psychological/emotional support
or even medical assistance!
we don't really know what these folks are going through!
people can show some care and concern by reaching out to them
if they response , that's good for them!
