I'm pretty sure I drank an entire gallon of coconut water before I finished this workout. I gave it my best, but if you can go harder / faster than me, go for it!
The number of calories you'll burn from this 45-minute workout will vary from person to person based on a number of factors (like age, gender, physical shape, effort, etc.). The cool thing about this workout is you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after you complete it. If you've got a heart monitor of your own, slap it on and let me know how many you burn by the end of the workout!
I designed this workout to be accessible to anyone. There are modifications for every intense exercise in this routine for anyone who is a beginner, can't do jumping exercises, or just wants to take it a little easier. If you're having a hard time with the full workout, I suggest doing the modifications for a beat until you're ready to jump back into the full exercises. This will help condition your body to be ready for the full exercises.

I burned 778 calories doing this!! It was hard but I managed to push through and finish strong. This was my first workout of yours I've done and I am looking forward to doing more :)

Really strong workout, I burn 480 calories. I do this workout with some modifications because of my jointures, and then I do some yoga/pilates session or some abb workout. I lose 3 kg in a month eating the same (I don't eat sweets, candies, junk food or fried food) but I eat pasta, bread and anything else and I drink a lot of water (but also some glass of red wine that I adore). It's strong but very effective! Keep resisting, day by day you'll improve and you'll achieve your goals. Great works I hope you can understand me, i m italian.

I am 5â6, 155lbs and I burned 286 active calories doing this workout. I am very active in general- I workout 5-6x/ week. This workout was definitely hard in some places, but easy in others for me. I would have to go through this twice to get close to a 600 calorie burn.

This was definitely hard but I felt so good after I completed the whole work out! Burned 530 calories switching between both regular and modified. I started out with your 30 min 500 calorie burning HIIT and decided to try this one today, I love your videos! I can tell Iâve been slimming down after a few weeks of following your work outs. Just completed. I did a variation of the high impact and low impact. Sweating like mad & burnt 550 calories. Adding this to my daily staples. So glad I found you! I get bored easily, so I look for new workouts everyday but these ones really push me.

This was WORK! Legs, Legs, and more Legs! Thank you! I was dripping in sweat! Total calories burnt was 490, active calories 412! Please note that for some moves I had to switch to the modified because I was dying! But 85-90% was me fully doing the high impact moves.

What did you set your watch to? I put mine on HIIT and I only burned 286 active calories (I am 5â6 and 155lbs)

Done! I did the workout with some modifications. Iâm 5 ft 1 and 104 lbs, burnt a total of 357 calories, active calories was 311.
Gotta say that I have a strong hold for excercise but cardio means death to me, I got so tired at the end, but looking forward to repeat it and improve my resistance, love your workouts girl!
