As it is part of the paid plan, I want to know if I sell templates using this feature. Will my clients on free plan with the limited access to this feature be able to use the template of database with automations I set?

If someone is using the free plan and they download templates that have automation built in, they still get to use the automation. They just can’t make any changes to it.

For spaced repetition you can use rem note

Use toggle feature of Notion for your spaced repetition and manually set the revision dates as retrospective revision.
Remote is very buggy , dont use it.
