In intervals icu, I can create a workout quickly using text input instead of drag and drop functionality, resulting in a better UX. Does TP offer this functionality?
I have signed up to Training Peaks on the back of this thank you for the info. Quick question - I am wanting to use data from a recent marathon to calculate my threshold HR. Would it be appropriate to use average HR from last 30 min of marathon to estimate threshold HR? Was definitely at max effort during this time and had nothing left to give by end.

How to analyze data in training peaks to get an overall answer to the questions of, am I getting stronger? Am I getting fitter? Healthier? Am I getting faster? Are my workouts paying off? Etc.
