Great video. I am a recent user of ToneX & While physically navigating the pedal in the impulse response section, there is only one custom IR displayed on the pedal screen. This is odd because I deleted everything custom IR on the pedal w/ the updated software. Do you know why this is happening(?
Even better do you know of a way to reset the battle completely ... I've tried recovery mode .. factory reset in the pedal menu .. And it resets the pedal, yet that same damn IR is listed on the pedal screen ...

So sorry for the late follow up here - for some reason I didn't receive any of the notifications for comments on the video! That's a really odd issue - one that I haven't experienced myself. When I can get down to my studio I'm going to try to check out some possible solutions and will get back to you as soon as I can. For some reason I think I remember there being a way to import the stock library back onto the pedal, which I would hope would overwrite anything custom that isn't going away when you try to do recovery mode/factory reset. Maybe something to try to look into if you can beat me to the punch.
Otherwise, I would recommend trying to tap into a couple other resources to see if someone more knowledgeable might be able to assist in case you haven't already - 1) enter a ticket with IK's customer support - in my experience they can be a little slow in responding but are generally helpful, and/or 2) check out the Digital & Modeling forum on TheGearPage - there's a couple ToneX-specific threads on there you could post your question in that I'm sure someone would be able to jump in and respond to help you out!
