  • Degenerative disc disease is a normal process controlled by many factors. One of the factors is genetics. That’s hard to change.

Other factors that are modifiable are smoking, diabetes, weight control, as well as posture!

I destroyed my back deadlifting.. I believe there needs to be more awareness of this dangerous activity, with social media making weight lifting so popular especially with young women hoping to get a better backside (like myself)

Do you have any recommendations for help with cervical lordosis? I’m seeing an upper cervical chiropractor and getting a cervical epidural. This has been a struggle for about 6 months

Doctor I have oseteopenia with degenerative disc disease in my lower lumbar spine. They now recommend you to do jumping and slamming down your feet to help build bone density. Which I have been doing. I guess I should stop that now? Thank you for any advice that can help with both my problems.
