Sachi has made friends with a young Yuuji and together the find comfort from the homes that have left them behind. But just as Sachi reaches her tenth birthday everything falls apart. Yuuji suddenly leaves with no explanation, and Sachi's parents set aside time to spend with her without warning. But when her heart is so broken she doesn't handle the upheaval well, and it all comes crashing down.

Kazama Yuuji just want's a normal life. too young to have such a mysterious background, he is brought to a strange academy with only six students, high stone walls, and a principle who knows his past. Perhaps in this strange place something precious can be found.
In this place of learning, protected by high walls from the outside world, there arrived a single young man who'd lost his purpose in life. He'd lost sight of what he wanted to protect. He passed his days in a haze of guilt and regret. All that remained to him were the chains around his neck... And a life worth less than that of a stray dog. But in that academy, he would meet five young women. And in time, he would discover a new thread of hope.
