I loved the whole movie and especially in the scenes where they get so close. And she finds out that he is going to end his life. She does everything in her power to convince him that life is worth living, but it does not work. Even though she takes him on the best holiday ever. But Will reveals that he can not live like this, and when they get back he is going to be going to Switzerland to end his life. Well, Louisa finally decides to go, after her dad talks with her, she is with him in him in his final hours. And I loved the end, where she is sitting in the very same place Will was in Paris, to read his final letter to her. What a great movie 🎬! ❤️😀
Its not often I emotionally connect with a movie, yet I've watched this one so many, many times and I have the same reaction each time. I sob and sob till tears and snot run down my face. 😢

Loved this movie,so very sad but at the same time enjoyable,sadly did understand the decision by this young man totally paralysed by an horrific accident that resulted in his life changing to the point where he was totally helpless opting to end it,no judgement here ever.

This was the saddest movie I have ever seen! I do this job for a living but would have been just as heartbroken to know that all my efforts to make life worth living with pain weren't enough to make someone decide death was the only option to live a life free of pain. Such a good message to live life to it's fullest

No amount of money is worth if you are disable and paralyzed. I totally can understand his decision. A lot of people commited suicide due to depressions. So yes.... we can never know what we are capable of doing if we are ever in this situation. Great movie

There are so many people in the world who live their lives with pain and suffering and who don't end their lives because of it. Sad, not even love was enough to keep living. Selfish man, thinking/fixating only of what he no longer had. Only a movie!

Yes, there are people who don't get that path, but many people would like to and you know what? they should have the right to choose. They aren't the selfish ones, people like you are, because you think tha it is ok to point your filthy fingers toward someone who is suffering and wants to end it.
The fact that you think people should have to suffer just because there are others that love them is selfish. Yes he was rich and handsome, but he was in pain all the time and got sick very often(sickness that could kill him). He was young and didn’t want to live what could possibly 30+ years suffering I’m sure he also didn’t want to die with pneumonia unable to smile with his loved ones. Not all people that are suffering make the same choice(s).
Don't judge people for such decisions. Even if you had the exact same illness, you would not know how they do feel and suffer. It just sounds very, very arrogant of you. It is also morally wrong. There is no two people which are completely alike. We are all individuals and we all feel different. You don't know anything about other peoples pain. They are humans. They have the right to decide what to do with their life, even if it means ending it.
