      Honestly man you need to get on it (not sure if this is annoying to hear but your beat was 4th in the comp of around 80ish submissions) you'd have big success releasing on spotify etc.

      I’ve had a lot of success from it personally, you can always whitelist certain channels but the reach they have can lead to lots of playlist placements etc

    Thanks man! Would you overall recommend submitting to influencers in addition to curators? I personally had the experience that the "influence" wasnt that much and it felt a lot like wasted money but I dont know if I maybe just took the wrong influencers. Any experience from your end on that?

    • @MondoLoops
      @MondoLoops  Před 3 lety +4

      I personally don't submit to influencers, generally they wouldn't have a strong audience that would be interested in Lofi music and the music they share can often be overlooked and not bring any real value. There's probably a chance it could be used by an influencer and go viral on tiktok or something like that but that's not likely so it's not going to bring consistent results imo. Thanks for watching!

    I'm just starting out in my music production career and I'd not actually heard of submit hub... Would love to see a tips video for people like myself who are starting out. Where to and how to try and get your tracks heard if you're only just entering the industry.

    @sokolnushi2149 Před 2 lety

    Should you first release the track and then submit it?

    • @MondoLoops
      @MondoLoops  Před 2 lety

      Doesn't really matter with SH as curators once you accept and add to playlist then SubmitHub will acutomatically add it in once the track is live - which can actually be beneficial for editorials as you get instant markers to say the track is performing well!

    • @sokolnushi2149
      @sokolnushi2149 Před 2 lety

      @@MondoLoops but will my track also be available in my Spotify profile,so it can be shown in the Spotify playlist as well with the same cover art while it’s playing in the playlist?

    • @MondoLoops
      @MondoLoops  Před 2 lety

      @@sokolnushi2149 not 100% sure what you mean but the process for submitting is you add the spotify pre-save link to SH as well as the mp3 and if a curator agrees to playlist it once the song goes live it will be in their playlist as well as live on your artist profile with your artwork etc.

    Do you listen to the track submitted via discord , for the Upbeat lofi Spotify playlist.

    • @MondoLoops
      @MondoLoops  Před 3 lety +1

      Yeah probably should have said this but pretty much not worth trying the free one, something like 1% acceptance rate and usually won't get listened to
