My 11.5 year old Hank had at least 30 lipomas all over his body. Some of them were growing larger and it was very concerning to me. I watched this video and switched my dog to a mostly meat diet with a little vegetables mixed in. Since putting him on this diet there has been a noticeable decrease in the size of Hank's lipomas. Another benefit has been the size of his stools has decreased significantly...making it easier to clean up after him. Thank you Dr. Jones.

@@rollerchicken3035 When you look at what they eat and how expensive kibble is, the chicken and steak are much less expensive, just more time-consuming. My furry family member is worth it...even my kids are carnivores as our gut bacteria ferment (eat and make nutrients). Our bodies can make the things we need, as most are Carbon, oxygen, Hydrogen, and Nitrogen...Look them up. Remember, our bodies exhale CO2 and breath in O2, whereas trees suck up the CO2 and exhale O2...we live in a world of biological constructs or thereabout.

Due to my situation in life, where I battle cults and hate groups, I cannot fully trust anyone. This channel has given me the winning ability to care for my rescue dogs. Over a year ago, my black lab was diagnosed with a nose tumor that had no cure; I was told to go home and hope for the best. I put the dog in my van and cried all the way home. Then I found your channel and swear by the Ultimate Canine Advanced Formula. I have four jars in stock at all times. @@cynthia-vj9oe I have come to believe that most animals' & human's health issues begin with gut health. I would take your dog off of any kibble, as I did to mine. Kibble causes leaky gut which leads to inflammation of joints, allergies, and a myriad of other health issues. I give mine the best canned dog food I can afford and augment it with alternating things; boiled eggs, raw ground beef, grated raw carrots, chopped fresh spinach, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. Dogs really are omnivores, their counter parts (wolves, foxes, etc) eat herbs and berries in the wild. That's why many dogs will eat grass. They know what their bodies need better than we do. Vets should be there to assist us. But we need to do our own research and be the advocates for our animals. So whatever treatment they advise you, go home and do your research before you proceed. My vet advised Librela shots, the latest, greatest miracle drug for arthritis, and dogs are dying from it. Thankfully I declined it. There are always natural treatments, which Dr. Jones speaks about. They just take effort and time in this "instant results" world that we all live in. Don't lose hope. Our Rottweiler was prone to these and throughout her life she ended up with a few smaller ones and then at least 3 that grew to be pretty good size. A couple of them she had for a few years were about the size of an egg. One on her chest and one on her side. She had had them for a couple of years and our vet kept an eye on them as well as did biopsies. After a few years we noticed that one of them, the egg size one on her chest seemed to be harder than before and started growing quickly. Took her in for a biopsy and it had gone from a lipoma to an aggressive cancer. Same thing happened to another one she had a couple of years later. So.... I would encourage people to keep an eye on these, especially if you are used to them and don't really pay as much attention as you did when they first came up. If they suddenly started to go from mushy to hard, and they seem to start growing, definitely go and get checked out right away.

If you can’t afford the vet don’t get the pet. Veterinarians spend 7 years in school and 2-3 in residence and then they starts Day 1 of being a practising doctor. Then to run a Clinic they new several Staff, medications, equipment, lease, taxes ETC and most Vets do have compassion discounts but they can’t go around giving everyone freebies or cheaper services. They prescribe to you treatments that have been scientifically proven. These natural treatments may or may not work but they do not have the Same research behind them and these are more of preventative measures. I understand the frustration but perhaps you were a little quick to just assume the Vets are money greedy. They dedicated their life to animals. They deal with PTSD and depression from what they go through. Most would love to go through possible costs of having a animal BEFORE getting one and would be able to point you towards animal insurance. People like you really make their jobs even harder.

We all want them to be as healthy as possible as long as possible and have a wonderful quality of life. I just wanted to mention that bone broth is an amazing health benefit for my pet. She's 17 now and everyone thinks she's a pup. She's so healthy and energetic. Bone broth heals, strengthens bones, reduces inflammation, aid's in her sleep, and supports weight loss and it's a natural probiotic. I freeze it in small glass jars after making it. However; when using it, it is best to warm it from fridge coldness in a small pan. The microwave will remove all vitamins and minerals which will defeat the purpose. Hope you can enlighten folks about bone broth, it is truly a great source for pets. Blessings to you my friend. Keep up the good work, you're amazing!!!

My 12 yr old GSD had a large Lipoma on chest by heart. Brought to vet. Vet wanted to keep her overnight and put her under anesthesia and lance the Lipoma to drain it and remove what she was convinced , because of my area, live rural, a foxtail. For over $600. Immediately told her I did not have the money so she told me to get a bucket of very hot water, as hot as my hand could stand, and get a rag and keep rag on the Lipoma.. Did this from 10am till 8pm , kept changing water to hotterplus added black tea bags to water. Finally at 8pm came to head and I was able to slowly press out all the puss liquid over an hour.
In 2 weeks it reappeared same place. Did same thing.
2 weeks later, third time, happened again. This time I decided to apply hot rag on her outside on back porch. I was getting rather tired of bending over her on a garden short chair having a really bad lower back so this time decided to use a brand new scalpel when it came to a head. I slit the Lipoma easily and it was about a half inch slit at the most. Everything came gushing out at once so didn't have to push and prod the ooze out of a tiny hole. I was relieved when I saw it expelled a foxtail into the rag. And that was the end of that.

The vets were clueless, and since it didn't bother the dog we let it go. Until several years later we found the dog had leukemia. It turns out lipomas are one of the early signs of leukemia. We didn't know that, the vets don't know that either.

A great way to put some of these spices in, is to make small hamburgers raw or cooked. I do that and crumble it in with a little bit of kibbles. I eat it too. If I don't eat it, she won't usually eat it. Now I know what extras to put in, I'll make a batch just for her and see how she likes it. I could put green tea leaves in the hamburger as well. The one thing I've noticed giving her more meat stews is her bloating has gone and absolutely normal good size dumps! I give her smaller portions of kibbles now and she has improved in weight loss. My poodle is 11 years old and is having a couple of problems. Until now, he has been quite healthy. His probs are 1) "stinky butt" (anal gland probs) and 2) a mass on his left, rear leg. No pain at all. For 1), I have been adding apple fiber/cellulose/liver powder to greek yogurt. He loves it. I've seen some improvement and he doesn't stink nearly as bad. I am also going to add this to chopped chicken. For 2), I am about to order essiac 8 herb softgels (796mg per 2 gels) and bcm-95 curcumin. The latter is more potent than 95% curcumin+peperine. "As a result, BCM-95® is six-to seven times more bioavailable than ordinary 95% extract. This was same but no itchiness or burning and she liked the tea and honey in her eye and I only had to give her baby aspirin once a day for 3 days at night she slept peacefully. If pain wasn't gone with the baby aspirin I would have gone to vet. She seeing fine eye all brown and bright again!thanks with your help!

Honestly, I know many people are strapped for money but if you find a lump on your dog, they need to see a vet to confirm what it is. You can't assume. When I was young, I had a dog that developed 2 lipomas confirmed by the vet. Last week I found a lump under my dog's skin and he's going to the vet with my son as I write this. Pet insurance is very important and many people don't realize how much an illness in a dog can cost. I'm in NYC where it's expensive and I have pet insurance. It still only covers 80% of medical costs and does not cover preventative procedures like dental cleanings or yearly exams and shots. Still necessary if your dogs gets seriously sick or hurt. I have Healthy Paws. It's one of the best pet insurance companies out there and I pay about $36 a month. You really have to evaluate your finances before you get a dog and have a plan.

There is one important thing that a lot of Vets wont mention to you when your dog has one or more lipomas. A lipoma can become a sarcoma. It happened to my Mini-Aussie when a lipoma which had been tested and said to be non-cancerous eventually grew and became a cancer. UNFORTUNATELY, not one doctor, and he saw at least five over the last two years, ever told me that. So, I had a vet test a lipoma which was surgically removed. But, they did not get all of it out. So, within a 4 week period he was opened up twice and the sarcoma was removed with good margins so his surgeon says. Now I have him on a diet with lots of Anti-Oxidants and much fewer carbs which is what makes dogs fat, of course.

Excellent vid! Thankyou!!! I sat through all the commercials to help this channel get $ too. 😊 My 14.7year old mini-bulldog Lily (profile pic) has a Lipoma inside her stomach they say is the size of a cantaloupe or larger. An emergency vet told me on 11-3-22 that she only had a couple weeks to live.. but 2 other senior vets said it's a lipoma. It's been 2 months & she is still being her happy self, other than peeing in her sleep. I am still struggling with whether to have it operated on. The vet I trust says it's 50/50 she'll survive the operation bc it might have grown into the spleen. For now, we decided no surgery. She's a little anemic & they think it's bleeding a little so my vet put her on a Chinese herb called Yunnan Baiyo Jiaonang (1 capsule a day at breakfast & supper) which stops internal bleeding. I started hand cooking all her food (with a small amount of limited ingredient kibble- Nutrish, watered down) and she's getting Reiki. A particularly astute vet, when I took my 12-year-old German Shorthair Pointer in to remove a benign eyelid growth, mentioned the "lipoma" on his paw was suspicious even though it looked exactly like his other ones. She said they are almost never found on extremities (his forepaw). It turned out to be Spindle Cell CA, luckily Stage 1. I'm following your videos to glean all I can for fighting whatever CA cells could still be circulating. She couldn't get clean margins because of the location (metacarpals).

    Hi Dr. Jones~~
I have to thank you for such a good video you have put out for the care of dogs and fatty tumors. My dog has one now and we are going to take her in to see what it will cost to have it removed. It's on her stomach and getting larger. It's hard, but movable in the local area. I have made a list of all the supplements you have suggested and will start her on a raw food right away.
I did this for my cat Bailey. He is 11yrs. old and was getting quit large. He was eating Prescription diet for urinary crystals and had been on this dry food for 5yrs. Before that, just the ordinary dry kibble from the market. When I took Bailey to the vet, they did a test to determine whether or not he had diabetes. $275.00 later......He did have it, and they wanted me to put him on insulin. Again the three different estimates to get started was over the top $$$. The highest being almost $700.00. I could not afford this and did my own research. The Dr. called me to see what plan I decided on and when I told her I wasn't going with any plan, that I was switching him over to raw food as I researched and found that to be the best answer, she threatened me with how she was going to have to document this....as if I wasn't taking care of my pet and she was going to report me to the authorities. I no longer take him to her and he has lost all his weight, can again jump up onto the couch, and bed. Runs up the hill and catches gofers & mice again!! I have the tools to check his blood, but can't get him to sit still enough for me to get a blood sample. He switched over to raw food pretty well. It took a little time, because he was always only interested in kibble...never canned food.
If I find that the price to remove the tumor is again...over the top. I will just go the rout I chose for my cat and do the best I can for my dog Koda.
Thanks again...and if you have any further advice you can think of, please pass it along to me. Would be much appreciated!!

      @asorensen54 Před 6 lety +1

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. We are sad to say that the Dr's visit wasn't such good news. The Dr. seems to believe it is cancer, and that from the size, it would be detrimental to her to have it removed at her age, 16 and it could just come back. So he gave us medication to help her with the pain, inflammation and infection. It appears it is spreading onto her skin. There are several other small little bumps on her skin that could be a reaction from what is happening with this tumor. He took pictures and was going to post it to get other Dr.'s opinion because he has never seen that type of a reaction. I told him that my plan was to switch her to raw food, and he seemed all for that idea in most cases. He was saying that more and more Dr's are treating animals more with change of diet. I was glad to hear that he was open mined enough to voice that opinion as other's have not been so kind. Thanks again, and in the mean time, I will switch her food to raw and see if I can still make a change. I will do my best.

My childhood dog had 2 growths one between her shoulder blades and one on her side over her ribs. The vet surgically removed both. The shoulders was fatty however the one on the ribs was cancer! Then later the one on the shoulders returned but the vet said it was just fatty. (I don't think they mentioned kibble being an issue)
It started to grow but we being not real wealthy ignored it since the vet said it was fatty early on.
My dog eventually stopped eating much. She lost weight and we tried deworming her no difference. She lost her strength and eventually was just to skinny so we put her down.
The vet said the fatty tumor likely BECAME cancerous. I wish CZcams was big back then. Her tumor was pretty firm (almost like a muscle firmness) and only moved a bit side to side. It didn't seem to hurt her though from my memory.
She was about 10 or 11 when we put her down. Keep an eye on the fatty tumor to make sure it doesn't become more firm. It was probably the with of a baseball at the end of maybe a bit smaller around.
Btw the cancer growth originally on her ribs never came back. The vet did a good job on the operation.

Thanks for your informative article, here are a few more tips on how to cure warts...
Boost your immune system. Warts are caused by a virus, so one of the best ways to get rid of them is to boost your body’s ability to fight them. In fact, many people notice that warts show up when they’re feeling tired, sick, or worn down. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep and exercising regularly, and use some potent immune boosters like astragalus, elderberry, olive leaf, vitamin C, zinc, turmeric, and cat’s claw.
Stop the spread. Not only can warts be passed from person to person, but you can also spread them around your own body through touch. If you touch your wart, for instance, and then touch another part of your body before washing your hands, you may spread the virus, and notice new warts popping up several days later.
Garlic. Mix some fresh garlic with water and apply the paste to the wart. Put a bandage on top. Re-apply every few hours and continue until the wart is gone.
Baking powder. Mix baking powder and castor oil into a paste, apply to the wart at night, and cover with a bandage. Repeat daily. You can also try crushed, fresh basil in the same way-or even mix the two together.
Tea tree oil. Apply directly to the wart, then cover with the bandage. Repeat daily. You can also mix with clove and/or Frankincense oils for additional power.
Bee propolis. Some people have found success applying propolis directly to the wart several times a day. Or try applying at night and covering until morning.
(I discovered these and the reasons they work on Mirykal moles cure site )

@@kmasse81 It seems Holistic medcine was done no justice in this predicament so I would like to take up the mantel of explanting this topic. By no means am I telling you to change your mind or trying start a fight I just don't like how the previouse speaker handled your questions so carelessly. This is my explantion to your question and I hope it provides what you are looking for, if not then at least I can say I tried.
First and foremost both pharmaceuticals and holistic or alternative medicine are based in science. No medicine should be based in faith or you could accidently poison someone. Now having faith in being healed from something is an entirely different subject that I will not delving into as it is not the correct audience.
Pharmaceuticals are allopathic which is basically all modern, science based medicine that exist in doctors office and stores today. Allopathic medicine is made to treat a patient's symptoms rather than the source of those symptoms. This is why people stay sick even when they are given medication because it isn't fixing the problem it's just covering up the symptoms and the discomfort they cause. They base the treatment on the disease rather than the individual which doesn't work, there isn't a medical one size fits all with how diffrent each body is.
Alternative medicine is holistic which is used on an individual bases by accounting for many factors of their life into why said person is sick. Things like environment, diet, stressors, medical history, and general life. Their condition as a whole, externally and internally is thoroughly accounted for in order to decide an appropriate course of treatment.
The reason holistic treatment is considered natural over it's allopathic sibling is because there is the use of whole plants rather than a single isolated compound that is used in modern medicine.
Pharmaceuticals are single compounds derived from plants and synthesized in a lab as pills or liquids. They are then mass produced for our use after going through a medical trail phase.
Holistic is called natural due to the use of the whole plant in medicine giving it multiple positive effects rather than a specific ability and it is from a source in nature thus getting the " natural" or "raw" title. It also is used to treat the source of the symptoms rather than covering up the patients discomfort.
So all in all the point is that holistic medicine strives to be a complete, whole, and balanced treatment against the source of a patient's symptoms.
I am still taking my college courses for the holistic medicine but I offered up what I do know and hope it is decent enough for you. I also hope you read it all and if you do then thank you so much for lending an ear to my novel. I am also not a medical professional so disclaimer that this is not to be perceived as medical advice.

my dog has a fatty mass on her shoulder blade which ruptured on the 4th of July in a fight or flight mode as she dashed under the bed, scraping the top of it ,and it has not stopped oozing since, it doesn't seem to bother her when the drainage clumps her fur , probably do to an itching she starts rolling on the ground for relief , causing further damage to the wound each time, and the most recently resulting in blistery pink clumps of meat blown out of it.
I try my best and keeping you clean at home with what I have but due to financial hardship cannot afford to take her to a vet .

Hey thank you for the wonderful video! Quick concise and to the point. Also thank you for not making this a sales tactic. I've been in sales for about 12 years and your delivery was great! My dog you see in my picture, which was from years ago, suffers greatly from these same issues. She gets fed good food and extremely healthy treats, that are too damn expensive but well worth it. These treats have actually worked wonders with her skin and hair but not with her fatty tumors. She is not having the skin allergies like she used to but her fatty tumors are now starting to show up pretty fast. She used to only have one right in the middle of her back, that has gotten to be very big, but now she's getting them everywhere. The big one is starting to lose hair on the backside facing her tail. It sits up like a tennis ball and I think it's starting to damaged her skin in that area because of being so tight. There's not a lot of room on her back like there is in the neck area so I'm wondering if I need to go into the Vet before her next Wellness visit?
I know in humans they are starting to say that probiotics are not working the way they're supposed to because we aren't taking a Prebiotic also. One thing I do know is that without prebiotics, kind of like fertilizer for the probiotic, the bioavailability of the probiotic is very low and not enough gets in your system and stays where it needs to be. Is that the same with dogs?
Thank you for your time and look forward to your response. Have a blessed day

Glad I came across your CZcams channel. I was in search of information on DM, as I believe my 13 year old golden retriever may have it. The vet is treating him for arthritis, but with additional symptoms lately, I think it's not so much arthritis, as DM. He has muscle wasting in his hind legs, drags his back feet when walking, wearing down the top part of his nails, leg tremors, odd gait, no pain upon massage/moving his legs. Most recently he has had a few bouts of fecal incontinence, and sometimes can't get up from a laying down position- must have his legs tucked under him and lift him up. Pretty sure it's DM, and will follow your suggestions for diet change, massage, acupressure, etc. Also, he has many many fatty tumors. The largest is about the size of a very large grapefruit. The vets have been monitoring it for at least 3 years. They kept saying it wasn't causing any problems, just keep an eye on it. Now they say it's too large and he's too old to operate- it would leave too large of a space. Does that make sense? Anyway, I will follow your suggestions for vitamins/supplements/change of diet for that as well. Thanks for sharing!

And maybe has gotten bigger, but it’s hard not really movable but no wound. The vets just told us that she was fat but never actually looked at her, they kinda just stared at her and said she was fat.
