Then it says to remove the DI filter but only fill the first two chambers to flush the system- how will they not fill the 3rd chamber ?

You just have to remove the DI filter so that the membrane can flush be flushed out without compromising the DI. Water will still go through the DI canister but should be directed towards the drain at this point. It may be best to look at the instruction manual which is a bit more detailed rather than the video: www.coralvue.com/blog/icecap-rodi-getstarted

It shows him flushing the pre filters with the filters out of the Machine!!?? Then says to leave them in place!!?? No help at all

Nothing says to remove the membrane on top first until 3/4 way through the video!!! And there is ZERO customer support. I just buy new units cuz the filters are impossible to replace and they’re so cheap. Do not expect any help - watch this video if you need proof
