Omg Mark doing the R Whites song haha 😂🤣 I’m a real fan of nostalgia, I could think of many adverts, but who remembers the rather spooky public information shorts, aimed at kids like the one to keep away from water, really quite scary for the age group shown to. Difference between introverts and extroverts is how you re charge your batteries, extroverts need to be with people and introverts re charge in a solo way. Introverts can still be very sociable though, most of us are a mixture of both. Nadia you are looking incredibly well and super slim, you’ve done amazing, only a few weeks left to end of challenge 👏🏻🕊💕😘❤️
I'm an introvert with any one out side of my family.. i suffer with social anxiety.. And muteisum.. I cant speak at all around any one i don't know.. I love how you don't put on a front in the vlog s your very real and go through the same things we do.. Thanks for being real x

I heard somewhere that acne in cats is caused by them eating and drinking out of plastic bowls, which encourages bacteria. The advice is to use only stainless steel bowls and to wash them in hot water every day (the bowls, not the dogs!) Then to treat the area daily with an antiseptic from the Vets.

It is Pi day because the date is 3/14 and pi is 3.14529...my favorite savory pie is chicken and vegetable my favorite sweet pie is Blueberry. 🦋🦋💕💕

I'm an introvert, which tends to surprise people as I'm not shy, and when I'm in social settings I'm often the life of the party (especially if I've had a few!). I also love a debate or a really deep conversation, and will talk for hours and hours.
However, between socialising I need a LOT of recharge time. If my schedule gets too full and I'm seeing people multiple times a week I get really overwhelmed, and setting aside time for me to be completely alone is vital to keep my stress down. If I have a house guest for a week or so I start to crack up a bit and really crave silence and solitude. I can also go days without leaving the house or speaking to another person and it takes a long time to start feeling lonely.
If you guys found that quiz interesting, you should take the Myers-Briggs personality test on 16personalities . com - it's fascinating and can really help you understand your own self better, how your brain works, problems you likely face in life and how to tackle them etc. It's also helpful if you're a bit stuck with what career you'd enjoy, if you're looking for a romantic partner that is a good fit with your personality type, or even if you're feeling a bit confused and misunderstood, and want to know that there are plenty of other people who tick the same way you do!

I turned away from tv and film "filth" a long time ago. I couldn't watch Game Of Thrones because of the violence. No matter how creative I won't be seduced into perversion of my body and soul and I mean that in a serious sense. If I get 5 mins into a movie and it gets weird. I switch off. There's enough creativity to produce incredible sophisticated, enlightening, ground breaking work without this low level twisted sick stuff. It's everywhere.

Introvert and routine monger! hahaha, yep. Pastry - We're living in Singapore and my kitchen is at 33 degrees generally. so pastry is a nightmare. I've done a turkey and ham one at Christmas, but usually have the 'melt' problem. Thanks for the 'hot filling' tip!
It would be great to put the podcast on Spotify as I don't have an iTunes account as an android user.... I tried looking on Spotify to listen to them all whilst I'm doing my marathon training.... xx

Nadia, you might focus on your own health, since it sounds very much as though you have symptoms of Sleep Apnea, which can be fatal, depending on how severe your Apnea is. I have Severe Sleep Apnea and was diagnosed about 3 years ago. I had been virtually unable to do anything for 2 years prior, because of extreme fatigue. I was put on Oxygen at night prior to going through 3 Sleep Studies before being placed on a Bipap machine, which I use in conjunction with oxygen to regulate my breathing. If, indeed, you are going on with your every day life with symptoms such as snoring very loudly, Shortness of Breath, etc, you can consider yourself to be at high risk of a Stroke or Heart Attack. Drinking heavily only suppresses your Respiratory System further. So, I am very happy that you are not drinking at the moment. I pray that you will continue down the non drinking path, because, in my opinion, you are in denial about having an addiction to Alcohol, or else it wouldn't bother you at all if you never drank again. I hope that you will reaccess the conclusion that you and Mark came to, that you are not an alcoholic (surprises me very much on Mark's part. He should know better). I hope that you will hasten to a Sleep Clinic to be assessed for Sleep Apnea, to avoid anything serious that may be underlying. Best of Health to you. Jane Gendreau, AZ, USA

Your dog could have a grain allergy. Try switching to a grain free diet. A few good ones is wainwrights. James wellbeloved. And don't feed the dog any scraps you have left over from meals.

My youngest dog scratches like chi chi her face gets really sore the vet gave her anew anti hystermine they were trying and it did work really well but can't remember the name of it might be worth going to the vet again
