Nadia, I noticed the security man didn't rush over to see if you was okay.I was just about shouting at the screen for him to come over and help you, but as a few subs have mentioned already, is that you are up there with Madonna now when she fell backwards down the stairs, and in the end you was still standing and did as she did and kept going with your painful ankles and knees!! I tripped over one of those concrete car stopper things in a car park., didn't see it, totally face planked! It IS a horrible feeling falling, lucky save though, you only went to the knees. Hope you are okay and didn't hurt yourself that is the main thing. That is waaay more important than being embarrassed at the end of the day.

is it a london thing? because our refuse service in nottingham is amazing. i have a green wheelie (fortnightly for general household) 2 wheelies for recycling and a wheelie for garden waste (again fornightly) additionally if we fill our household bin we can put out as many black bags full next to the bin and they are taken, AND if thats not enough, every wednesday there is a large waste collection for old furniture etc
