For all its goofyness, I do wanna point out that Clodsire weighs 220 kg/~480 lbs(that's what adult grizzly bears and sport motorcycles weigh like).And remember it can easily hop around on it lumpy little limbs like there is no tomorrow. So while it isn't necessarily an apex predator, we regular people would struggle to roll it over, much less get it off us if it wants to eat us, especially with the mouth this absloute unit has.
Don't forget the thick, retractable, poisonous Spikes it has

Agree with everything besides what you said about its weight..., Grizzly bears ars actually significantly heavier than 220 KG

As somebody who has been beaten up by a dolphin (and yes, that actually happened) I approve of Finizen and Palafin being put into the "no chance in hell" category.

@@theaxxorite9415 Well the dolphin was just being friendly and playing with anybody that came near it, unfortunately a dolphin's idea of "playing" with humans involves headbutts, bodyslams and tail slaps.
Dudunsparce is like 11 feet long and can drill through stone with its tail. I dont think you can defeat it.
Dudunsparce can learn a move that bypasses PROTECT. No way any mortal man can defeat something that defies absolute defense barehanded.

If it runs away it isnt really being defeated, its just bailing out.
It is huge, but it is slow. It would be a war of attrition to see if ypu could kill it before it stabbed you with that drill tail.

Tinkatons Hammer is 220 pounds in weight, much bigger than the player's model with the hammer size alone, and its special move Gigaton hammer does 160 damage, It even uses it to knock Corvaknight out of the sky and use its metal for its hammer. Tinkaton would not only punt you to the moon, but would punt you into Neptune's orbit. You would stand no chance.
If you're not just atomized from the hit
Not 160 damage, 160 base damage if its EVs and IVs are good it would do WAY MORE so more like it would punt John to Pluto's moon

Thanks good the base physical attack at level 50 is 75, but even then, you would need to Dodge every hammer, which is 💀💀💀
You cannot defeat Tandemaus/Mousehold. They will outbreed you until they can take you down like a Pikmin boss.

Tinkaton’s hammer weighs 220 pounds.
Tinkaton weighs 248 pounds. It’s unclear if it’s weight includes the hammer, but either way it can swing the thing easily.
And as for Tinkatuff: those things hunt groups of Pawniard and Bisharp by themselves.
You’re also definitely right about not being able to beat Palaphin. The dex says it can hold a cruise ship with one fin.
It's safe to assume that the remaining 28.7 pounds are Tinkaton's physical body. If Tinkie also weighed 200+ pounds that'd be scary.

Quaxwell is a ballet dancer. He stands in 5th position and jetés to attack. Ballet dancers are incredibly strong and flexible. It should at least be in probably.

The tumbleweed pokemon has an ability that makes it immune to wind attacks. Which means it would just sit there.
I interpret it more as the wind would pick it up and throw it around, but it wouldn’t be damaged due to it’s low weight and the fact that it’s evolved to literally travel by wind
It’s immune because it rides the wind, it still gets pushed around by wind, but doesn’t get hurt by it

Dudunsparce’s move Hyper Drill breaks protect moves, so you can’t defend yourself at all against it

I used Flamigo for my playthrough and mine was really strong and I do not think it's above kicking you in the balls. This has been my one sentence defending my favorite member of my Violet team.
I used one up until I beat the game and replaced it with iron valiant
Me to caught mine at level 6 and took him all the way to the end and he played some major parts in a lot of key battles

I think John forgot that chest form gimmighoul has no moves he needs to be concerned about, as he could probably just step to the side and dodge the attack

@@zentixcro28 I get that he can learn moves other than tackle and astonish by TM, but I see the prompt as if I just happened to run into one, can I beat it, in which case ghimmighoul shouldn't know anything else. As it seems to be implied that pokemon don't know how to use man-made consumable items such as potions, I don't think we'd need to be worried about it finding and using a TM. Otherwise we might as well assume that every pokemon on the list could just show up with anything in their move pool in which case you're just dead from 90% of them. Additionally they tend to be atop towers or large rocks, in which case I just push it off.
The thing is he wouldn't get the chance to throw a punch. It would control him and make him gather coins for him in order to evolve. Based on one of the trailers where Jacq and Willow (Pokemon GO professor) talk about Gimmighoul

"Punted to the moon" is an absolute classic
So firstly, Dunsparce is 5’11 long. It’s kinda big. Dudunsparce two segment form is 11’10, weighs 86 pounds, and knows Hyper Drill. Three segment is 14’09, is over 100 pounds, and also knows Hyper Drill. A move that specifically ignores attempts at defending yourself.
There is no world where you are successfully bopping this thing away like it’s a sluggish fat bird.
I think Quaxwell could actually beat a lot of people, as it learns AQUA CUTTER, which if you’ve seen Rob Lucci feom One Piece, turning your literal hand/wing into a WEAPON is… dangerous.
When he asked if Dondozo could eat him I immediately got an ad of someone eating something💀
I really want someone to do the calcs on how powerful John is to able to kick these things to the moon.

Brambleghast pokedex entry says that it litterally sucks the life energy out of your body and then discards the body,i dont think John would be able to beat the giant killer tumbleweed that eats peoples vital force.
Greavard and houndstone would be RIP because it takes your life and soul away when you encounter it. See its dex entry of its trailer.😊

I love how you have the humility to admit when something could beat you up! It's no fun when people act like they're immaculate fighters who could beat up a tree.
He did say he could beat up a mushroom when in fact it's a rock and he will break his foot or hand trying and you can't tell me he doesn't know as he calls the evolution a giant salt rock monster. He knows it's a rock.
There's also the rats. Have you tried catching a rat with your bare hands? Now add in the fact these have a move called population bomb where they shoot out 1-10 more rats. They would over populate and eat him alive while swarming. It's probably the scariest on the list and he's like maybe? No you call supernatural pest control and take a trip to Fiji over the week end.
ironic considering there is a Tree pokemon though not in this game (yet) but like at the same time with the amount of pokemon here that have actual fatalities, yea even some people like that would nope their way out of there
Just to add a little emphasis to the sheer horror that is Tinkaton, it’s Violet entry states that its hammer weighs about 220 lbs. Keep in mind that Tinkaton as a whole weighs somewhere around 242 lbs. And it swings the hammer with ease.

Fun fact: you will not beat a flamingo on their home turf. This is because a flamingo's home turf is a boiling salt water lake that will cook you alive before you can reach the bird.

I used to raise pigs ... you are definitely not beating a pig in a fight.
Respect the tumbleweeds. They seem harmless, but they will Cut You and Knock You Down when they hit you and Bury Your Home. They are Evil Incarnate, and pokemon did them Justice by making them Sentient Plants That Cause Problems.
Wooper wouldn't be so easy, as it is poisonous to the touch, making it somewhat deadly. Good luck not dying while trying to fight it.
As a farmer, I can say with confidence that if you were going in with only your fists and Oinkologne was actively attacking you... You would not be beating it. A fully grown pig could easily knock you over/trample you.
Plus, they have really sharp teeth. When my family would raise pigs, my father would tell my sisters and I to stop petting the pigs once they started to get bigger. If a pig is hungry, it could easily bite off fingers, I think.

OK my personal opinion if you think you can punt chest form gimmieghoul you're monstrously strong it has a chest full of coins metal coins!! You will break your foot trying to kick that
But also think that the Gimmighoul are usually found on the top of towers. You could just drop it off the edge like eagles do to turtles. Turn it to mush on the inside

Charcadet will burn your foot of before you get to punt it to the moon. He can get his fire up to 1800 degrees farenheit when it fights

Despite it being a delibird it's still extremely powerful lorewise. Remember, all the paradox Pokemon could cause an ecological disaster.

I forgot name of Quaxly final evolution but it’s Pokédex entry says it can send a truck flying. So honestly you could put up maybe a good fight until you get kicked in the stomach flying across the multiverse itself

Fun fact about bulls. Just grab the horns and direct them the body will follow and they move in a vey linear way making it easy to tell where they’re charging, so if anyone reading this finds themselves in a sticky situation remember the saying take a bull by it’s horns, or just do a swift jump to either side since they don’t turn as well
