I once ran into a blogger I followed about ten years ago. It was wild - I’m from Tennessee, she’s from Michigan and we ran into each other at a light house in Maine!! She was so kind and sweet. And we actually ended up meeting up again once when we were in Michigan. It was so cool. Really neat to meet people you admire and who let you into their lives by sharing on social media.
Belle is doing such a good job in watching the kids , shes such a good helper cook and the kids luv their sister , Micah is also a good team member too! Looks like you and Solo had such a great trip 🎉😊 love to the tribe of many 😘💐🌲🌲🌲🧚🕊️
I think the fact that your children did so well while you were away speaks to the value of consistent expectations and routines.
And an off topic comment: I don’t how you feel about Halloween, but if you don’t object to it, it might be fun to let your chickens “carve” your Jack o lantern.
Draw the face, then use an awl or screwdriver to poke holes around the outlines. Then let the chickens peck at it to create the face.
Belle is a gem! I am always amazed how much the sound of her voice is just like her mom. I know that she must be a huge blessing to you and Solo, Sarah. In fact, all of your children are such treasures and gifts from the LORD.

I love watching your family videos, thank you for allowing a glimpse into your life. As for spotting a celebrity or influencer in public. I might smile and nod but I wouldn't walk up to you or anyone and start a conversation. I would feel like I was intruding.
That’s how I felt exactly! But on the other side, I want people to come and say hi. 🤣
I saw Jennifer Garner in her hometown while she was with her family at a very small water park. My friend wanted to say hi and get a picture. I didn’t like that. I thought she should be left alone. Less than 10 minutes later more people noticed her and starting asking for pictures. She was very kind but declined them. She ended up having to leave. I hated that for her.

Bell is beyond her age. Such a kind young woman. It doesn't surprise me she was able to manage all the duties. Even if the children have disagreements, I can't see them being mean to one another or letting it go on too long. Your children are all AMAZING! Good role models for one another. You and Solo must beam everyday being so proud of them. Glad you two had a wonderful time at the conference. I used to be a big fan of Joyce Meyers. I read a lot of her books. I know of a couple of other speakers you mentioned. My car was wrecked and since then, I've been watching Joel Osteen on Sundays. I also have read several of his books. God bless.

Haha! Your comments on feeling awkward going up to an influencer are so spot on. I live in Lincoln and see you fairly regularly and have said hi a few times, but not every time (though I try not to awkwardly stare). I have the SAME kinds of thoughts: "she probably gets it all the time; maybe she just wants to feel normal for a while", "she probably just wants to enjoy this moment with her wonderful family", etc... Thank you for always being so friendly and thoughtful!

The children all did a wonderful job and congratulations to Bella and Luca on the musical roles. I have met a number of famous people in the 60-70s and never encountered an issue, but I never interrupted them either. We began chatting while at a display or while waiting in line.

I live in So Cal, so yes I’ve seen many celebrities. It depends on the setting and how many people are around as to whether I would approach them and say hi. Plus I’m pretty good at reading whether people are approachable or not. Would never approach anyone that is at a restaurant eating, unless they are alone

I was seated in the same row at Pantages with Nicholas Cage and Lisa Marie Presley. They had to walk past us to their seats and I couldn’t help but touch his black leather pants 😂 He smiled.

Funny story back when I first moved to Green Bay Wisconsin I got a part time job at a Grocery store. I waited on many football players Mason Crosby, Jules Peppers to name a few I was so star struck Mason was with his little son so It made it easier to strike up a conversaion. I was in Walmart shopping and passed by someone I looked at him and thought no he's to small I asked the guys he was with and they said Yes it was AJ Hawk. For the most part people leave them alone here although when the favorites are out like Donald Drive he does draw a crowd.

My sister lives in Southlake, TX. It's so pretty there! The only time I have ever recognized an influencer was when I was catching a connecting flight at the Denver airport. I was on the train between terminals and I recognized your sister-in-law, Jill standing a few feet away from me on the same train. I recognized her from your videos and I've occasionally watched her content too. I'm sure she probably would have been friendly, but I was too shy to say anything to her.... :)

Actually, l did yesterday. l have subscribed to a beautiful couple CZcamsr from the US. Imagine odds of our paths crossing is -0%, and yesterday l saw them in Kenya, like how do l just not say hi. They are fromUS and only see them on telly in Kenya. I had to say hi, and although l hesitated at first, they were very kind. Kayla, young lady business. I literally had goosebumps like God. You knew l would meet this beautiful couple one day. I am still in awe l believe l will one day meet our tribe of many.❤❤.
I had Walter Gretzky at my till a number of years ago. He is the most famous hockey Dad in Canada. I asked to shake his hand. He gave me that and his autograph. The 3 girls with me were teens and had no idea who he was. The management out back were super jealous. 😂

I went to a church conference few times and was very inspired and enjoyed them immensely.

I once saw Kevin Bacon in a department store. I was very involved in our community and school (before homeschooling) and recognized him, but couldn't place him. I just figured he was one of the students' dad. I said hi and he smiled and nodded his head. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he was Kevin bacon. I felt a little silly. 😄
I’ve seen celebrities at Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm!
The most famous was Pierce Brosnan and he had his daughter on his shoulders.
We made eye contact and I just smiled and bonded!

I've met some actors, and actresses, many years ago and got autographs, but first I freeze up for a few seconds before saying hi. As I got older and more mature, I met more actors and actresses, especially gospel celebrities while on tour with my choir, and even sang with some. I didn't freeze up and only approached them when they were close enough to speak to them without shouting, and I found them to be very friendly regular people. I've kept in touch with some through Facebook and Instagram now that I'm no longer going on tours.
I've only met one rude actress many years ago, and realized that she was rude to everyone not just me. Most don't mind being approached, as long as you're not aggressive.

Belle is the best :) I don't think I've ever seen or approached a celebrity. My husband was working and he saw Michael Emerson(Person of Interest and Lost) standing outside a hotel. My husband said he didn't want to bother him but then figured why not. He introduced himself and said Michael was very nice and they chatted for a bit.

I grew up flying stand by (airline employee child) and we had to wear full out dresses and suits and ties! How times have changed!

A few years ago I was watching a blogger, Tim Tracker, who does Disney videos. It was at Disney World when I saw him, and was excited like a kid. To my delight, he came over and took a few minutes to talk to us and we got a photo together. It was great fun!

I saw a UK TV start a few years ago at Cyprus Airport in Europe. I ashamedly was staring at him, he looked up & saw me looking at him, I smiled & nodded at him & he did the same to me. I don’t think anyone else noticed him, not in the Waiting Lounge anyway.
I lived close to Southlake. I attended church at Gateway church for awhile.
I live near some of the folks from the TV show Alaskan bush people. I had no clue who they were. ( I do now ) it seems whenever I see them in town , on a walk, at the store there is always someone saying hello to them, asking for autographs, ect. So I think if I saw a celebrity in the wild I would leave them alone. Seeing how they can't even grocery shop without being approached. Makes me feel a bit badly for them.

I was at a Christmas service in my little hometown church last year and at the end of service all the parents were taking their children to the decorated stage to take photos. As I’m taking my photo a little girl got in and I was like, “she looks like the mochi princess” ( I follow a ig mochi page from Hawaii that has like 2 million followers) then her mom goes and grabs her to take her out of my photo and there she was the mochi queen herself lol so I went up to her and told her how much I looked forward to my vacation to try her bakery. It is crazy that she was at my hometown church because I usually attend my church two hours away every Christmas and she was staying in my small town because she was visiting distant family she had just met. We got to try her mochi because she brought it for after service Christmas feast. So great!

i have met Tommy Fraizer, Tom Osbormne, Rick Allen, Rick Savage, and Joe Elliot and treated them all like humans and said hello and had a brief conversation then let them get back to their business all were very polite
Flying home from Ireland many years ago there was a woman with a nanny and her kids sitting across from us. We were upgraded to First class (not lay down seats) People were taking her picture and she got to take her kids in the cockpit. She was in the middle section and asked if she could look out my window. I said sure but can you tell me who you are? She has since past but she was Delores, lead singer of the Cranberries. (I'm old LOL)
One time, my mom and I travelled a few hours away for a Beth Moore conference. The night before, I went down to the lobby to pickup our food from the restaurant (in my pajamas) and she was down in the lobby talking to people! I was so sad I was in my pajamas because I felt too weird to walk up to her.🤪
