Argo XTV Alaska Moose Hunt 2020

- Unfortunately, we were not successful in harvesting a Moose. We did cover a lot of ground and saw some beautiful sites and even called a nice bull moose in one morning, he just wasn't of legal size. Sit back and enjoy some of what the Argo can do and some beautiful scenery.

Nice video of what the Argo can do, and know they can get stuck. Lol. How's the reliability of the Argo? Any issues with the drive train?
The reliability is awesome. The key is keeping up with the preventative maintenance. The learning curve for these things was a lot more daunting than it really is. They are very simple.
I always see videos of people using off road vehicles hunting in Alaska. Are there not very many restrictions? Really cool vehicle
Usually the only restriction you will find is a weight restriction.
Due to the vastness of the state and many areas, you have no choice but to use ATV/UTV/XTV, or an airplane or boat.
Thanks for video always neat to see how others setup their Argo and territory they go through How does you wife like the 270? Has she shot much? My wife is new to shooting but been looking at a setup close to yours

My wife loves her .270. It was passed down to her from her father. We put the muzzle brake on it and the butt pad, and scope. She has shot it quite a bit and is surprisingly good. I have full confidence in her ability to down an animal with it.

To each their own though. I have had people make comments about how boring the videos are without some sort of music overplay because they find the sound of the machine too droning.
In the end, the video is only partially about a machine. It's more about the places we go and the scenery we see with it.
