Mo’ here from Cali. Hi 👋🏼 Thank you for providing this info. I greatly appreciated it 🙏🏼 I begin in 2 weeks and nervous but have faith it’ll be ok. I have a question though… I mentioned my fees for each phase to another and they said I was to low and said Cali. Rates are higher. Is that true? Can you please explain to me a guesstamation of each phase I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you, new subscriber here 😊

@@moniquer437 thank you for this great question and congratulations on taking the leap. You will do great 👌 there is a lot to talk about when it comes to pricing. The biggest thing i always warn about, if you can charge an hourly rate. That way any cleaning that has to happen after contractors return you won’t be losing profit.
Have you checked with companies in the area as to what they charge for that same service?

Hi there amazing video, I have everything on your list except a steam cleaner & I was legit just speaking about getting one the other day! I wonder what other areas could
It be used on at a construction site ?!

@@8a8yBleu thank you for your kind feedback and great question.
Steam cleaners can be great for many scenarios in a post construction setting.
Removing Adhesive and plaster from bathtub, showers and tile. Removing paint and adhesive from windows. It also works great to remove paint from some types of floors. Really helps to clean stainless steel and more.

I just did a post-construction clean. When I walked through, I had no idea under the layer of dust the contractors had glue on their shoes. All 3000 sq ft of the building is covered in glue footprints. Not kidding. I have no idea what to do. Please help.

@@user-jf6qs6pg2v I’m so sorry to hear this, it’s always a pain when something is hidden during a walk through. What type of flooring is it would be the first question.
