A fantastic outing guys. Used to enjoy mountaineering and repelling before the brain tumor. Now that I can barely feel my entire left side it’s best if I don’t do it anymore because my balance is all messed up these days. But what an epic place to explore. Cheers to everyone.🤙

Another great adventure Chris. Loved it yet again. You take as much food dingo as you want. There's always one, isn't there. A sponge, absorbing all the good cheer and positivity out of life. That's your strong point, Chris, you're one of the biggest radiators of positivity I've ever seen. That's why we all love you Mandingo.
Yes I agree with all that. All I would say is you could practice a daily fitness regime which involves an hour’s stretches and exercises to get your fat lad all nice and muscular! You could drink a bit less during the week and beyond that - just carry on as you are. Atb mate.

Been saving this one till I could watch it all the way through uninterrupted, as apart from a walk through the valley to the waterfall, I have never climbed any of the Langdale Valley Fells yet. To be honest that that a great effort getting up Jacks Rake, something else I have never done but am going to this year. Been over Striding Edge twice and Sharp Edge 4 times but always felt very nervous about this one, especially being 68 now. Amazing views from the summit and very well deserved drinks and burgers, a little bit over done for me but still I bet they went down well. What a superb morning to wake up too and then to end it in the pub - brilliant! Cheers Alan
It was my first time in the langdale valley and it was class so we'll be returning again in the next few months 👌 I found Jack's Rake a lot more scarier than Striding Edge and Sharp Edge, absolutely loved it but i was pleased when we were at the top taking in the views 😬 Thanks for watching Alan my man friend, all the best Chris 👍
