Finally have wireless Android Auto in my truck. The hardest part about setting this up, was finding the settings in my phone to turn on the wireless connect. Now I don’t have to take my phone out of my pocket anymore. Pretty pleased with it so far. It isn’t much bigger than a USB stick. It worked on my Tacoma.

I have a 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid and the only way to hear my GPS directions would be for me to have my phone plugged in, the dealer told me that this is how it is supposed to be and you should plug your phone in everytime you get into the car.

There appears to little to no delay on phone conversations or navigation maps. After a trip, the Mazda USB ports are turned off after a short delay after the doors are locked and I walk away with the key FOB in my pocket.
