    My attempts at making cuffs always end up being sloppy, and eventual undo themselves. You'd think someone would come up with some like plastic or metal 'invisible' cuff stay.

    Back in the 80s, we “pegged’ our jeans which is essentially what you refer to as pin rolling. We also did this weird thing with numerous safety pins to narrow the silhouette of our jeans.

    Problem we have in my country is that stores will only make/import pants with a leg length of 32 inches. Nothing else, nothing more. And it's actually a dumb commercial decision because we Peruvians are not particularly tall people, so everybody around here walks with an accordion of fabric above their ankles. Of course we can always take them to a tailor but it's a pain to do it every time. That's why I buy my pants from Amazon whenever I can.

    • @BrockMcGoff
      @BrockMcGoff  Před 2 lety +1

      Yeah it’s great for athletic fit jeans! Sometimes if your jeans have a lot of taper below the knee, anything more than a single cuff will lead to some weird wrinkling, so try the turn up or a short double cuff.

    This is an entirely new concept to me. I can kind of understand the style, but don't get why you wouldn't just stitch or hem them permanently. - Shoe variety is, a choice, I guess.

    Hey brock (hope I spelled it right). I’ve been trying to wear the outfits that you’re wearing on most of your videos because they really look good and very stylish. I recently bought the tribeca (navy) from Peter manning size 1. We have the same height and built but I find the jacket a bit short and tight. I’m not so sure if It’ll still look nice on me if I’ll go with size 2? What size is your olive Tribeca in this video? Also, I’m planning to buy the Carnegie coat (tan) which you also have. I wonder what size is it? Hope to hear from you soon.
