      I might even be so crazy to say he’d make for an interesting choice to step into Bourdain’s travel-show spot! Kind of a maverick, well spoken, intelligent, and I think he’d bring a similar curiosity and unabashed respect for everyone.

    I’m so sad for his passing and loved his irreverent world view. I’m a little disappointed that he didn’t really address the abuses in the modern meat industry. Cruelty to both animals and humans. I would like to believe he was capable of deeper compassion. RIP...

    • @gmancolo
      @gmancolo Před 2 lety

      As Bourdain said, he had no qualms about killing just about any animals and eating it just for cheap thrills. What a sicko. And hating vegetarians like he did is psychopathic. And then Bourdain pretended to preach and take the high road on other issues.

    • @juanitarichards1074
      @juanitarichards1074 Před 2 lety +1

      @@gmancolo He never killed animals for cheap thrills. And he always said we should respect the animals for giving up their lives and that people need to now where their food actually comes from.

    • @gmancolo
      @gmancolo Před 2 lety

      @@juanitarichards1074 No animals "give up" their lifes. So much of the killing in Bourdain's shows were for cheap thrills, like the egregious butchering of a live cobra purely for show. Bourdain didn't care about the brutal meat industry. And disdain for vegetarians/vegans was ridiculous and sociopathic.

    The song choice for karaoke was not surprising in itself but the fact he said he has a karaoke song is surprising considering his vocal contempt for it that has been prevalent on all his shows.

    dude, he's wrinkle-free. even if he's got good genes, for a mid-fity-something male, it's not normal to be so wrinkle-free. bourdain was also a heavy smoker and drinker over half his adult life ... did he botox himself?

  • @erninoherminio6629

    Bourdain was a prejudiced american, and he was proud to show it. In Mexico he tried Mexican mole in a Tijuana fonda and hated it. But he didn't dare to go to Oaxaca and try the mole at its roots. Not a good foodie, but a TV character. Proud to be prejudicial is not a good tip fpr food aficionados. Amerucan newyorker, TV showman, flaws and virtues who could only be followed by TV American TV audience..
