The journey of yoga is not a bed of roses. There is a tendency to overlook this aspect of yoga or even deny existence of adverse forces, which can take very deceptive forms.
While they need not be given more importance than it is due, we need to be well equipped to deal with them when the situation arises, which is the central subject of the present talk.
Thank you Alokda 🔥🙏for the practice one needs to do on oneself which helps us in our day-to-day life.
Enlightening and was as if coming straight from divine mother
Had the inner calling for doing so for past so many years but now the divine grace helped me remove my ignorance
Thanks Maa

If we get to listen more of some psychiatry issues and the works of adverse forces many will be benefitted..especially the care givers and the patients...
Dear Sayar
We do have talks on this issue from time to time but the focus is primarily the work and vision of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. Besides it gives a very different way of understanding the issues of health and illness which does not follow our present conventional knowledge provided by medical science. These things also have been spoken off under subjects on Integral Health and also available in the form of articles and essays and books.
Affectionately

@@AuroMaa thank you so much.It feels great to hear from you..I shall try to get more articles/books as you mentioned..
@@AuroMaa Sir please suggest some books for dealing with adverse forces.
There are no specific books like that but it is mentioned in several places in Sri Aurobindo’s writings, especially letters and also in the Mother's conversations.
The essence of it is as follows:
1. Keep faith and courage while under attack. Never lose hope regardless of appearances.
2. Practice equanimity and learn to endure. Refuse to be discouraged depressed or wallow in anxiety and guilt.
3. Do not think about them. Rather have confidence in Her Grace.
4. Call the Mother and take Her Name.
5. Read Savitri everyday, play Her music in the atmosphere, keep Her Blessing packet with you always.
Nice topics discussion.Thank u sir. These words are helping us to be attached to the mother being away from ashram
