- Vedic technique of meditation. Difference between meditation & concentration.
- What is relation between Sharad Purnima and Maharas?
- If overthinking not good then who can one think about his behavior, actions and reflect on thoughts? To understand deeper aspect of life, one needs to think. How does one balance this?
- What does one do in case of maladaptive behaviour that children progessing towards conciousness reflect this days?
