The Mother united with Divine mother .......is any diffrence in both aspect of Mother?

Yes. The Divine Mother of course is Universal as well as Transcendent, jagatjanani and ParaShakti.
But when She incarnates in a human body it is with a specific purpose and for a special work to do. It is for this that She assumes a human body because it could not be done otherwise. It is the same as with the Avatars of the Ishwar wherein each Avatar takes up a special and specific work for which he alone has the mandate.
The Divine Mother is always available in Her universal and transcendent aspects to help, to bless, to heal, to succour or to give freedom, peace, wisdom, love and bliss as well as countless other boons and gifts which equally can be granted by the incarnate Mother in human form. However the Yoga of transformation can only be undertaken and fulfilled by her. In this way and for this reason the Avatar, even though an aspect of the Ishwara, is in certain ways greater in terms of the specific work that he comes to fulfil.

If One has experienced Guru and Mother then one discovers its the very force of the Supreme that flows even through the Guru!
A 'True' Guru may or maynot give a mantra !
Assumption is not true knowledge!
Even experience is fraction of the vast knowledge that one can in a lifetime!
A true Guru leads to the very Union but its her Grace that some having consented she carries !
When the whole universe is she the force acting through the Guru too is She!

Sir, you mentioned in this talk that Sri Aurobindo stopped Rabindra Nath Tagore from embracing him. I didn't understand why though. Please explain.

This was only with regard to the embrace. The Divine embrace requires a certain readiness to receive and absorb the power of the contact.
