This is another reason why we need graphene batteries. Hopefully they'll be more stable and we will be able to travel with them more places.

In Germany you'd need a handle and insurance to be allowed to drive these EUCs. This method solves one problem. Not sure whether you can get insurance for your trolley, though :)

I'm from Brazil and here we have a HUGE problem, that is the price of the wheels. A KS-S18 today costs 18k Brazilian Real that is almost 1 and a half year of work for a guy that gains minimum salary here. And because of this reason, we can't afford buying more than one wheel. I am planning fly next year to Portugal to visit a friend, but I don't know if I can fly with my wheel... Do you fly with yours? That are any rules that prohibit fly with it?

Yes as long as it doesnt have a battery... So, basically the train or bus if you want to stay with your EUC.

This train ride alone justifies the existance of this wheel transportation. I can't think of another device with its range and speed which would also be as compact. Its use fits snuggly between other transports. That seated luggage is a bonus use.;-)
