This murder occurred four years ago in 2019. Spivey was released on a $50,000 bond so what has happened since his release. Has a court date been set? Why has there not been a disposition regarding this case? Has it been swept under the rug? What's going on? When will this woman, her family, her friends, the community, the State of Texas, receive justice? What is going on with the prosecutor's office? Is the Sherrif's Department protecting one of its own? Something is very wrong here!!!

This is the problem with the system. But there ain't going to fix it it would be too expensive and screw up too many other people sentences and never have to redo so much cases they're not going to fix it. And it's not just a criminal system that needs to be fixed the divorce and family judges too need to be fixed it's not fair that men have to always support the women or the kids it should be on the kid only and it should be detailed in for receipts and maybe they should make it like a debit EBT card where you can only buy certain objects cuz a lot of the time that money doesn't go for anything for that kid not saying all the time but a great majority of whatever they want to spend it on they can
I will say this so that court system save me like I got my bell reduced I got out on free bond on a probation violation like they could have really screwed up my stuff but they let me out I didn't pay nothing I'm doing nothing I just showed up for my court date. By the way I got my case dismissed so good just like I said this whole thing is broken and loophole and screwed up it's literally a business and not to rehabilitate.
