No. 2 (fashion) and 4 (fragrance) is what I put into practice just yesterday, and it was a damn game changer, for regarding one's own type of fashion and proper fitting one just feels like wearing one's second natural skin, which is incredibly empowering and reassuring, and it even helps in improving many other subjective points mentioned in this video like authenticity and refining one's social skills, posture etc.

I am in a new town and country. The fashion item in this video touched me because it is the way I am finding to express myself in this new place, and it’s working.
I've always worn patchouli. People either love it or hate it. Just recently a friend approached me saying he could tell I'd just been on the same bus as him cuz he could smell lingering patchouli. I've learned it only takes a small dab. I know it's not for everyone but I love it's earthy aroma...and yes kindness & compassion go a long way when others are in bad space. Women are so aggressive these days and then they want to cry and complain when men don't want to pay attention to them as they get older and want to start families. There's a difference between being aggressive and being assertive. You can be docile and yet assert yourself accordingly (speaking from experience). But you can't tone down aggression when it's required.
