how do you keep control on payments for the weekly trash pickup?

  • @johnkossifas5820

In my 4th year now. 36 yrs old. 1 roll off truck, about to get a second. 11 roll off dumpsters, 2 dump trailers. A dodge ram 2500 to pull the trailers, purchased by my business.

  • @gvvideos07

I'm just looking into this as a part time to full time deal over the course of 3 years. With that being said, If you were just starting out and this is your side hustle, which would you go with, the roll off dump bins or the dump trailers? Thanks in advance.

  • @ethanweaver3458

Just curious what is your reason for putting usdot numbers when your gvwr is under 26k?

  • @cameronhuckaby5098

How many residential customers are you able to fit with that set up? I’ve got a 14’ dump trailer as well and thinking about adding that.

  • @mackwoodcock7484

36 contractor but I haul lots of debris. You got a great set up.

  • @ChoppyJames

Are those single cab fords hooked up to the dump trailer the 6.8 gasser? How do they tow? I currently use a 2013 6.7 f250 and was debating on getting a 6.8 to use as my daily driver and use as a backup truck if the diesel goes down. Because you can get a brand new 2023 single cab for like 44k

  • @user-yx2lb1cu2v

How do you find if an area is under a contract with a bigger company for residential garbage? And is it possible to work in the same area that already has a company working?

  • @coderedfit

So are you guys running the dump trailers for the residential trash bin pickups?

  • @charliegee5095

What are your thoughts on buying an already up and running business? It’s around 600k revenue.

  • @EricKarlin

Congrats on ur success bro . Keep up the great work

  • @coderedfit

Impressive set up. Do you offer any products or coaching calls for someone just getting started?

  • @RollingWithRuss

  • @jessefolk6668

Been following since day one and wow have you grown all on your own really. Love how you bring on other businesses to check them out to

  • @jcslawntips

Been watching you since the beginning. I’m 23 this will be year 10 for me. I keep thjngs debt free. I can say that I don’t loose sleep at night. I won’t grow as fast as other people but I’m fine with that. Love what you’re doing and I think you made a great decision. Just like you said if you need the truck in the future you can buy it. Keep up the great work brother

  • @slayer123able

Started landscaping at 15 got into dumpsters at 20. Got 6 roll offs and a trailer setup. Going to be 22 this year working on restarting a bigger landscaping business. I sold most of my maintenance customers and all of that “lawncare” equipment to grow the landscaping projects.
