Join us as we roughly follow the Pacific Crest Overland Route from the Mexican border, through California, Oregon, and Washington, all the way up and into Canada. We were there at the wrong time of year in a not-quite-ready vehicle, but made the most of it.

Your video randomly showed up while I was watching some offroad reviews of pick-ups. After spending over two hours watching just one video, I am seriously impressed at the beauty and the simplicity of your style. Perfectly edited with right visual, transitions and background music, all without any unnecessary drama. Loved it. Subscribing. Love from India :)
Almost two and half hours of adventure and I never saw you grind coffee beans, smash garlic with a knife or use 10 pound cast iron skillets to burn steaks. Thank you for making it about overlanding and not a cooking show.

Toyota should really recognize this beautiful documentary as probably one of the most intensely beautiful demonstrations of their products ever created. This was produced with so much character, soul, and love that it could literally be aired in movie theaters - and people would be moved to tears. What an incredible journey... I am born and raised an American through and through. Yet, I have never set foot west of the Mississippi. I am so incredibly jealous of you, and also immeasurably proud that you made this trip and documented it in such a stunningly beautiful way for me to see. I never would've been able to get a feel for it otherwise, and who knows if I'll ever make it out that way, or even overland it like you. I didn't even know overloading was a thing until I saw this in my recommended today.

The takes from your hand, from your car, and from your drone, are amazing, well mixed together with soothing music, going well together with the the themes and sights, the amount of talking you do is about perfect, very soothing... The big boyz from Discovery and Nat Geo certainly have a lot to learn from you, they really do, and changing the color of your Tundra was a great move, it really goes well with them blue skies and the blue lakes on the way. Wanted to say that I got hung up on the same spot in Joshua Tree in my Tacoma. That little spot is one of the toughest in any national park!
We went to Reward Mine at night and got lost around the tracks and inside the mine. It's was a scary first off roading for me

I've done long sections of the PCT and the complete TAT, but haven't ever heard of this route. So glad I found it. Next adventure....but I'm thinking motorcycle.
The sunset at Cornwall Fire Tower was amazing. This is one of my favourite dual sport motorbike rides. You did it justice indeed! Appreciate the video.

I noticed that you have your Weboost antenna (receiver(RX)) really close to your other COMMs antenna. A Weboost is a sensitive RX that said you could damage that system (even if off) by having a TX (15-50W) close to the weboost RX l, even if they use different bands/frequency the power of the TX can bleed in and damage the unit. I learned this when mine was in a similar configuration, and an Electromagnetic Warfare Officer (EWO) mentioned it. Love your content style and information, amazing production quality! MikeD.

Wow ... This is AWESOME, Dude! It is like teleporting back into the 19th century, except with some high-tech gears and no horseback ridings with all the dusts. It feels like Kid Curry, the Dalton Gang, etc., and to name a few.

Interesting info. We bought a 4runner and started overlanding and then added a Tundra. Great rigs.
Where you are camped looks like an area where my grandma and is lived in the Mojave about 30 miles outside Apple valley. They also had train tracks - there’s a Borax mine not too to far from where they lived.
Your videos are wonderful and some of the views are postcard worthy - worth thinking about.

Great video and tips on driving the trail. Never rode in the west coast desert before but the video was so good. The wife even stopped buffing my bagpipe to take a looks
I was stationed near Joshua tree for a few years. absolutely Hated the place and despised the desert, this recently popped up in the auto play and never thought I'd ever miss that place, sure did take all that open desert and Socal mountains for granted, but I sure do miss wheeling with the boys. Should have gone one more time while we were all still together.
I Just got a Tremor and this video randomly shows up. Was looking for a new hobby and this inspired me to try Overlanding. Thank you.

wow, I was up at silver canyon road about two weeks ago and also got turned around because of snow. Love the video and can't wait to see how much you enjoy Death Valley. Coming in through titus canyon is worth the trip into NV.

Wow dude you took me back when you you were going over those mountains outside of grants pass the route you took to the Oregon Coast is my old stomping grounds, I have a lot of memories in the Shan Creek and Galice rd area!!! Small world. I’ve wheeled all over the places you were wheeling in SoCal too.
