i believe the commander tax of Eris is reduced by her ability, Louie should have paid 1b1r the second time he casted her

unless stated the tax is not reduced by "cost reducing effects" as it is not part of the cost iself but something addedd on top of it

Well, everywhere I search say's her ability reduces her commander tax. Ima go with it does.
