Bone marrow compound butter

Soak bone marrow in salted water overnight, roast at 425°f 15-20 minutes until easily pierced with cake tester. Scoop out and blend smooth with equal parts by weight in butter add herbs and pepper- enjoy #shorts

Bone marrow is what really opened my eyes to trying things and made me interested in cooking. I was helping at my bosses restaurant and the chef had me try it on a slice of bread and I was so amazed that something so odd could taste soooo good. Love the content.
