I won’t understand why some people get their rocks off at trying to piss off their neighbors. It’s honestly sad and signifies a deeper issue with the person doing it. My neighbor literally purposely knocks on our wall, then starts recording on his phone out the window if I choose to knock on his door to confront him about it. Of course the guy lives alone and only leaves his house to walk his dog. People who do this are just sad individuals.

Actually seemed to work for me. Put this on the loudest Bluetooth speaker I own, put it in the floor facing down, put a plastic bowl over it and weighted it down with some weights. Could barely hear it myself but it was shaking the floor and within 5 minutes my downstairs neighbors turned down their shitty latin music. Thanks so much!

I've personally found that gradually lowering, fading to zero, followed by gradually increasing to Max (with sub), periodically, really riles my 'next door nuisances' up and is in fact quite satisfying.
On a side note, my cat 🙀 appears to find it relaxing, too. He snoozes to it lol
2yrs later an this shit is PERFECT! We've had 2 sets of neighbors living above us, never heard a peep from them walking ONCE. Now this new couple w/their tiny ass dog that they chase around the house is annoying the shit out of me. I was nice and cordial, went up, introduced myself and asked if they could please remember, they have people underneath them now. 2hrs later, they were right back at at. It went on like this for days, till I found this lol. They get loud and I just crank this up halfway....suddenly, its quiet af. Good lookin out!
Or you could be an actual person and talk to them as opposed to being a reactionary child......but then again, you're afraid of human contact....

Why not call the cops if its in the middle of the night? Don't they get fines where u live? Mines wake up at 5am to get ready for work and they slam, bang and sometimes yell all over their tiny condo and we can hear it all cause they are literally in our bedroom wall. Still debating if cops would care if called at 5am.

For weeks now , the guy downstairs is rattling the walls and windows with their base. I dont even get to hear their music. Dont know if i like it or not. I love music of all kinds! I might really like it! After a nice note. A knock in the door. Nothing. This is the only thing that stops this problem after 3 weeks.

That's a weird thing that is happening in the last couple of years. My friend was simply driving down his street to go home and some woman was on the corner shouting at passing cars and filming them. And in June 2023 I was at a public park for which my tax dollars pay. I mixed up my days and my group wasn't meeting there that night, as I had thought. I sat in my car--which I also pay for--and was talking to a friend on speakerphone while holding it so I could look up my calendar online and do some other stuff online. Some woman totally freaked out from across the street, someone I had not interacted with at all. She started yelling at me from afar and standing in front of my car filming me...minding my own business which is what she should've been doing. People are becoming unhinged.

My neighbor has made trying to piss me off his whole life. That's ALL he does. He's crazy. I tried to explain to him that I have excellent noise cancelling headphones and I don't hear his noise 90 percent of the time but I think he's too stupid To comprehend that. I guess it's easier to focus on someone else than remedy your own empty life.
