Buffet looks fab. Yum. By the way in Texas Hispanic groceries are where to find your tamarind concentrate. Lots there, even tamarind soda pop. Or unprocessed tamarind.
Awesome video! Such insight into your chosen profession and you did such a great job. Thank you! I really enjoyed it. Subscribed 😋
This was such an exciting video and your food, especially the curry, looks so good!
Looks wonderful! 😍
Abby, Beautiful job and much hard work! I l enjoy your videos so much I thank you.Happy Easter!
Food is difficult. You hv to be in fairly good shape, organized and like you said you really hv to love this industry.
I have a suggestion along the lines of the coconut macaroons. I don’t know if they freeze tho: a rice crispy treat. But wait! It’s a salted caramel rice crispy treat. It’s a crowd pleaser even for the snobs because of the sc element and it’s as easy as regular rice crispy treats. It’s always what I bring to events and it’s a huge huge hit. They keep in fridge forever (or almost). Paula deen has a great recipe for these.
I love watching your vlog. My son is a JWU graduate and just as passionate about cooking as you. His specialty is also Asian, but more Korean cooking.
Whoa! I’m tired just watching. Looks amazing though and you are so incredibly talented!
Wow great video ! Love the taste of Lemon Grass . I’ve rarely seen anyone use it . Thank you .
This was great content!!!
I’m impressed and I’m a HUGE pad Thai lover
I like to walk in place when I prep food to get my step counts in. Perfect for caramelized onions.
I love your channel! What do you do with the leftovers?
Well done great info..
Yeah, one of my friends has a catering business and I help him sometimes just for the "fun" of it and it is so much work. Its not uncommon for him, his wife and crew to put in a 16 to 18 hour day the day of the event.
Not sure where in Florida you are but FOODTOWN in riveria beach has tons of ingredients
