Amazing! I have a few questions. Why so many dishes? This looked like 2 or 3 FULL course meals!! Were they eating it all at once, or throughout the day? Was it for a party?
If they were eating all of this at one time, how did you handle your hot holding while other dishes were waiting to be completed?
Also- amazing! I can't believe you managed to complete (13?!?) dishes on your own. That takes some serious skill, time management, detail, patience, and a huge amount of multitasking!
