Oh my gosh, you have to be in great physical shape besides being a genius chef. So so many skills you have to have to make this experience great for the owners and guests. I hope you are really well paid for your many skills and talents. I love these longer posts so so much!❤️ I’ve learned so much about what all it takes to manage living on a yacht.

I just got home from 4 hour tests at hospital. I had food to prep. Mostly, greens, veggies, the like. You have encouraged me to do it , even when I feel like crap. I watch you and prep at the same time.
I heard you say cooking classes.
What I want is more prep, store and freezing. My peppers smell bad, and are slimey from freezer. I would like a class on prep, store, freeze and what can stay out, what has to go up in freezer, fridge.
If I had not found you, I would still be buying made to eat. I enjoy my home-made everything now. Thanks to my little chef...YOU.

Watching you walk around and thru all of the different doors, ladders, stairs, latches, hidey holes, realize I'd probably lock myself in or out of where I wanted to be.
Seems like the owners and guests have the relaxing fun while the crew are on duty 24/7.

My brother is a captain of a supply ship for the oil industry. He once shared he can tell when his cook wants to be let off ship to visit family cause he will make my brother's favorite meal. Can't remember what that dish is.

She is cooking and doing great. I just got a little upset because she went out her way to make those drinks and they just looked it at as if was nothing. Im sorry its the west Philly in me to give great ppl their respect and props

I had google Seabob because I had no idea what that was. My first thought was it must be some kind of inflatable lounger... not a $10,000 machine! Lol! Very cool!

Does the dog have an area to go to the bathroom? He can’t possibly wait until you dock every day. My dog pees 7 times a day.
Last year she said he has a potty area, like faux grass, but really prefers to go on land so they dingy him to shore several times a day.

I’ll bet you have your whole menu for each meal laid out before you set sail. So many recipes. Do you have them memorized? Do you ever change a meal up in the fly?
Wondering why have a tender when there is the other boat on the bank of the yacht? Also, what happens if another boat drives over the line to the tender?
PS I love your content.
Most of the larger superyachts have multiple tenders. One inflatable to drop guests off direct to a beach to not get damaged and another tender with more power and proper hull for wakeboarding, fishing etc…
Just a heads up on the avocados take a big jar, put the avocados in the jar, put water in the jar and put the lid on tight and sit the jar in the fridge. Refrigerator glass jar of avocados will stay fresh for longer.

Hi Abby. I noticed that when you cook, you don't wear shoes. Do you have to wear shoes when you serve the guests? Just wondering.
Generally on yachts they take shoes off when they board...everyone from guests on down... so I bet she is without shoes the whole time...my guess.

They’re called fenders and yes to protect the boat when docking and other boats bumping into the boat so they all bounce off.
Also used in tight passageways like in the Netherlands etc..
