As of Thursday, June 25th, D'elia's team have released some his side of email exchanges with a few girls, including the initial accuser "Simone Rossi." I'll cover these at some in the future but it seems that they were being entirely truthful. Please, stop saying "But the age of consent in most states is 16," like that is a defense. Traveling across state lines to have sex with anyone under 18 is a federal crime. I'm not saying D'elia DID cross state lines to have sex with anyone under 18, but the age of consent in that state wouldn't matter. He would still be a criminal.

The guy is known for being an experienced womanizer. So those specific conversations can get the benefit of the doubt, but it has to be a consistent pattern for him to be cleared. Maybe he was just waiting for them to be 18 sharp, like as young as they possibly could be legally. Anyways so far we know that at best he's a major creep, at worst a criminal.

It's likely archived somewhere. Maybe even just on one person's hard drive. Ten minute podcast is all saved, for example. Way back machine also exists. If it's to do with the law, then it can be easily retrieved from host servers

@@thomasrainbow unless someone makes the effort to archive all the content themselves then if they delete it's not coming back. Also if youtube kept every video that was deleted that's a lot of money to spend on server space for deleted files.

Simone was never groomed, she told him that she was 16, he never responded again. She came back and told him that she was 21 and "dtf." Chris never responded and she eventually came out with accusations. That is not an example of grooming
