In today's soap-making video, I decided to shift gears a bit and use all-natural clay. Clay's are wonderful in soap, and I've learned a lot about each one and what properties they lend to different skin types. What's your clay type?
Critiques are not necessary, Negativity will not be tolerated, but tips are appreciated, just enjoy the process. Thanks so much for hanging out on my channel to watch me make soap and chat it up with me.

Highlight of my day/week. It finally rained. I live in Oregon, and by final count was about 35 mile from the Beachie Creek fire to the North East and about 30 miles from the Holiday Farm fire to the South East of me. And now I can relax and watch soap videos. :)
Oh you lovely woman I LOVE that you made clay fragrance-free soaps! You are my new best CZcams soap friend! I'm buying for sure!

Thanks so much 😊
Really I hear how you enjoy make soaps.... you are so cute... Blessings😇
Love each and every one of them! Such an inspiration! I love those mixing bowls too!
Thank you darling and I appreciate you watching!!
I love them! Simply elegant!
Hi Kenny. These are so so pretty and having different properties in each is such a great idea. I love clays in soaps and especially a custom mix as you have done for me previously. I use certain soaps for my face, currently the 2 sided neem and walnut husk which is the bomb and a custom clay blend as no two days are the same for my skin. Love that these are also vegan so everyone can have a go at them. I then use a perfumed soap for the body, the problem is that they all smell so good and lather up a dream leaving smooth soft skin afterwards. X x x
Hiya love doves!! My problem is, I love the turmeric, the walnut and neem and this one. I can never decide which to use, so I may just have to created on with all three...imagine that girly! Smooches!!
Great job my soapy sister, I love using Clay too and you did such a lovely job with them. I hope you're having a fantastic day talk to you again soon.
Thank you so much my darling soapy bro, and oh, that soap that Kath sent from you to me is sooooo lovely! Thank you so much, me and my mother are enjoying them so much. lol, my husband is working upstairs and just texted me asking when's lunch, so I'm gonna text him back "Hold on, I'm in the sac with Kenny" and see what he says
Shoot, didn't phase him at all. He texted back "Is it messy?" He knows what's up!
Holly Bilski... Omg.... you guys are too funny!
BWAHAHAHAA!!! Y'all are awesome!!! That just made my day Holly girl!
Lol!
Beautiful colours of the soap. And I liked how correctly you pronounced Multani mitti (I m from India and its a very common clay used here)... It's an amazing clay with numerous benefits for skin n hair.😊
Thank you so very much and I am so happy to not have butchered the pronunciation, lol! I do love how it makes my skin feel and thanks for the tip about it for hair, I'm definitely gonna make a hair mask on my next wash day. Last but not least, thank you so very much for watching and commenting, and have a great weekend!
@@RoyalAppleBerry Thank you Kenny. I watch all your video's...they are gorgeous. Here's a link to one of the channel I follow with a simple but effective recipe to use multani mitti for hair care

Good Morning from Philly I am glad to see ya video
Good morning you gorgeous thing you! I am glad to see you too doll!!!
HEY GIRL HEY, AWESOME AWESOME SOAPS. I LOVE ALL THE COLORS. I LIKE THE IDEA OF PACKAGING IN A SET ALSO. I ALSO SEE YOUR NEW KITCHEN AIDE STICK BLENDER VERY NICE INDEED. I ALSO LIKE IT POPS ON AND OFF. MINE I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH IT. I DREAD TAKING IT ON AND OFF. I JUST LAY IT ON A PAPER TOWEL. WHEN I GROW UP I WILL BE INVESTING IN A BETTER ONE. MY HIGHLIGHT, GRANDDAUGHTER IS CLEANING OUT THE FRIDGE. BE SAFE AND HAVE A AWESOME DAY
Hey, sis hey!! Thank you so much. This stick blender is actually pretty old, and I don't really recommend these ones. They are super cute and this is my second one that has broken in the same place. They have a stainless steel one, I do recommend that one though. Also, your grand is AWESOME SAUCE for doing that for ya. Have a great rest of your week doll!
Stopping by to show some love, I know I've been MIA 💚 Hope all is well.

Hello, great video! What OILS do you use? Thanks a lot!
Your hilarious. Thank you😊
😊 thank you
I love natural soaps. These are beautiful. Do you insulate your soaps?
Thank you dear! Sometimes I do, but these I did not because some of them got pretty hot and I didn't want them to crack on the tops.
WOW I love the beautiful natural colors! Awesome soap as always Kenny :). I’m sorry I hate to be a bother but where did you purchase your Australian Red clay? In the past I searched the internet and Etsy
Thank you love doves, and don't be silly girly, you are never a bother. I actually mis-spoke in the video, this clay is French red clay, however, the Australian red clay, which I use in my beard and beer soap, I got that clay from Amazon, it was indeed hard to find anywhere else for sure.
@@RoyalAppleBerry Oh okay! Thank you!! :) definitely have to buy it, thank you for telling us about it. Yes I am determined to buy it lol. Looking forward to your next video :) Goodnight
@@AutumnSunflower You are so very welcome and good night sweetheart!
I've got to buy some more clays, lol.
It's pretty awesome stuff for sure!
What the heck is with the thumbs-downs? This video is cute as a button (like all your videos)! Plus, clay is so dreamy! 😍

Very nice!!
Thank you darling!
@@RoyalAppleBerry I'm so motivated by you.keep that Amazing spirit!
Hi 👋🏾 I loved this batch! When will the Autumn flavor rocks be back in stock please? I’d love rocks of these clay soaps. The rocks are perfect size and shape for guest bathrooms.
Hiya! Those sold out much faster than I thought they would, but I do plan to make more, they, will be back in stock in 4 weeks. Thank you so much dear!
Love these soaps! They loook gorgeous! 🥰🥰🥰
OAN: where do you buy/get your blue clay from??
What a wonderful video! Thank you so much! Do you have a link as to where you buy your cambrian blue clay?
Thanks so much! I got it from amazon.
Kenny these soaps are beautiful. I need to figure out which clay type I am.
Thank you doll. Check out my shop, I added a bit of info to help you along about which clay type you may be. Hugs!

multani mitti - Fuller’s Earth.
I’ve got 25kg of this stuff 😅😅😅
Yikes!! That's a lot and awesome, you'll have fun with that for sure. I love the stuff and I might have to request where you get it in that quantity.
Oh wow ,do you mind to share? I just got some cause is pricey but that is my favorite clay to use on my face
Thank you
Fuller's earth
❤️❤️❤️
How much purple clay ppo did you use?
Superbe sont beaux
Merci beacoup mon ami!
From wher u got the mold p ans
Hi Kenny my only problem is cause dont know how much lye, oil, water, also what kind of oil can use would like to know please thank you
Hey sis 😁❣️
Good morning beautiful!!
What oil is in the pale?
Where do you get your molds
And can I use plastic containers for my moulding,
What is clay "soaps "
In Tamil we call it as Multani Mitti 😀 it’s fullers earth in English
Good luck
Thanks so much!
hello! I love your molds... where they come from? any brand?
Hello, I mentioned it in the video, but they came from Essential depot. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Have a great day
Leva essência?
You pronounced it right… it’s Multani Mitti also called Fullers Earth
💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾
Can I ask how much clay you used for these soaps
Rule of thumb is 1 teaspoon per pound of oil for color, but you can definitely use less because some clays are very pigmented. I never use a teaspoon. Start with 1/2 then work your way up if needed. Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
Fullers earth is multani mitti
💖💖💖
Fuller’s earth?
Yes, goggle properties of it. It's some pretty awesome stuff, especially if you have oily skin. Thanks for watching!
Bentonite clay
GOOD IDEA, LET'S WASH OUR BODIES WITH MUD AND OUR BRAINS WITH THE TV AND EAT THE BUGS AND BE HAPPY.
No Lye in these soaps I hope.
All soap has lye. After saponification, no lye remains in the soap.
Can’t make soap without lye
What about the glycerine type that are just heat and pour???
Those were made with lye as well.
Thank you love!
