I'm so grateful for these podcasts. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 14, but kind of just ignored it until I had a full blown break down last year. Listening to you both has made me feel significantly less alone while I work on taking care of my mental health.

Feeling a lot of what y'all are talking about. My I was with my last therapist for 9 1/2 years. Dialectical Behavior Therapy is something that saved my life and made it better, couldn't have healed so well without this one therapist and DBT.

For a while I Felt it was intrusive to have my therapist see my house (issue I had to get over) and as a therapist it’s been challenging when clients are distracted by pets or kids ...... it just takes getting used to on both sides but I like the closed door best
