I love how this wonderful therapy has taken off. People can naturally heal without popping a pill!
Right on!
It's the second day with my Kineon... I'm utterly shocked about the reduction in pain. 😳
I'm glad to hear it! But consistency is key, so stick to it so your tissue can completely heal.
Amazing for pain etc .
I (54 y) have been using Red Light Therapy for almost 1 month. Results: 1. Sleep is okay, not necessarily better 2. Face and body have a few pimples 3. Health is also okay. I will definitely persevere with this Therapy for a long time!
Red light does nothing for acnee, that's blue light.
All systems are different I'm finding. Id like to know the EMF output on this one.
Please compare to professional PHOTO MODULATION research done for laser red light therapy. Does high quality LED red/infrared from 660-850 range compare at all to the so called photo modulation therapy?
Lasers are better than LEDs because they penetrate deeper.
LEDs are a cheaper version.
What about nerve burning after cervical radiculopathy and surgery? Thank you.
I have no idea. You might want to reach out to Kineon and ask or check with your doctor (if he is familiar with low-level laser therapy).
this is good for nerve
Can you please provide journal article or some data regarding the cartilage regrowth? I’m extremely interested in that aspect. Thank you for this video !
Please check out michaelkummer.com/tag/red-light-therapy/ for links to research.
Is it good for nerve healing? I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that paralyzed my legs and i have quite a bit of numbness
I'd say so considering that nerve tissue also benefits from increased blood flow and nutrient delivery. But I'd also recommend making some lifestyle changes (e.g., diet) to better regulate your immune system. See michaelkummer.com/health/plants-vs-meat/ for an example of what I mean by that.
Lions mane mushroom is known to regrow nerves. You need to take it long term but please look into that
use for long time may be
I hope you are able to find help with your condition. Would you share what you were diagnosed with? Thank you!
Can the kindeon move + be used on a knee replacement (titanium)?
I see no reason why not.
Interesting video, thank you!
You touched on thin skin, do you believe RLT can improve thin skin, I'd like to buy a panel for my Mum and that's her biggest concern that and spider Viena & broken capillaries
You must be from Europe, we are in Spain & most panels reviewed are from the states...
Can you recommend a decent panel from Europe or the UK?
Many thanks
Diana 11:06
Hey Diana,
Yeah, I'm from Austria (originally) but I don't know of any brand from the EU. I've lived in the U.S. for over a decade. I think the best course of action for your mom would be to dial in her diet. That's more effective than spot treatments with RLT. Check out www.primalshiftpodcast.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-animal-based-nutrition/ for what I mean by that. The episode is also on CZcams.
@@MichaelKummer Thank you!
I'll watch that later 👍
Check out LED light panel at Maysama in UK. Best regards from Norway
@@MiaMaAasberg-bn2dc Thank you! Have you got one?
@@dianacoulson4724 I had bought a LED face mask here in Norway just a week before I saw an interview with the founder of Maysama, Bevs May Sanderson. I felt confidence to her, and so I ordered some face products (to be delivered in a few days) to go with the LED mask I started to use last week. I myself may consider Maysama LED panel. Buen suerte, y best wishes to you en Espan~a!
Do you know if its ok when you are suffering from Arnold nevralgia ? Thanks
I'm not a doctor but I don't see a reason why light therapy would be harmful with that condition.
Michael, does it help for weeping eczema?
I'm convinced RLT can speed up the healing process but you also have to eliminate the root cause of your skin issues (the plants in your diet).
Google.. Carnivore diet cures excema.
google … eatwild to find grassfed local meat
I used to have a friend who had weeping eczema, he used to drink alcohol but when his mom died he stopped drinking alcohol and his eczema dried up. Hope this might help
How often and number of times do you need to use it to feel some of the benefits. I have used three times now….not sure I feel a difference…doing it for recovery mainly…I hear you need to use a month , three times a week…any thoughts?
That depends on the type of injury. But I'd say anywhere from a few weeks to months.
@@MichaelKummer ok good to know…..sports hernia ( adductors and inner abs pubic bone area)…..
What about bad cell growth like cancer cells or accelerating tumor growth? I was deterred from using red light because of reading some negative information.
Based on this study, probably not: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3423866/
Google it, last research indicate no effect.
Near infrared red light study showed it stop spread of breast cancer cells
Can RLT help with osteoporosis
Yes, RLT can help but it's equally important to increase your intake in micronutrients including Vitamin K2 MK4 and calcium as well as to expose yourself to natural sunlight without wearing sunscreen to ensure optimal absorption.
I'd even consider supplementing with Beef Liver and Bone & Marrow to ensure sufficient micronutrient intake. See shop.michaelkummer.com for freeze-dried versions of those foods.
Please compare to professional PHOTO MODULATION research done for laser red light therapy. Does high quality LED red/infrared from 660-850 range compare at all to tge so called photo modulation therapy?
Consider adding Gelatin to your diet
I'm not sure how that device could be used on the face for wrinkles?
You can strap it to your face but there are probably better devices to treat facial issues - see czcams.com/video/KOBbGoTe1PE/video.html
I have a Biomax 950 (collecting dust) but am afraid of face fat burning 😲
Don’t be afraid of that! It isn’t hot enough and it isn’t close to face. The benefits are fabulous. 76 years old and use it everyday. Have two biomax panels. Love them. At least five days a week.
in the contraru it promotes fat
how much for it?
@@Caribe78 I paid 1100 using monthy installments
I think there's enough reason to believe it doesn't cause facial fat loss, I think it's the opposite... Enough women are using Red light these days, we'd be reading much more if they were loosing fat on their faces...
Biomax 950, collecting dust 🤦
If you're really worries then Just cover your face with a towel or adjust the positioning of the panel so it doesn't touch your face
Can infrared sauna do the same?
No, infrared saunas don't work the same way. For example, an IR sauna (I own several), won't penetrate tissue with NIR enough to reach joints.
@@MichaelKummer ah okay
Help hemorrhoids?
Hahahahaha
Does redlight therapy make one's nose and ears big? If it promotes cartilage growth... just a thought question about it.
It promotes cartilage regrowth. So unless you lost cartilage tissue in your ears or nose, I wouldn’t be worried.
Seriously? LOL! No! It helps the body regrow to it's original healthy state. So don't worry. 😊
(I've used it for over 5 years with many excellent restorative results.)
I actually have a medical red Light Laser.
What brand is it? Was it expensive?
I want to buy one with lasers, not with LEDs.
Why does the body respond differently under the sun light : FIR
I don't understand your question.
BIG QUESTION - CAN RED LIGHT THERAPY GET RID OF BLOOD CLOTS IN THE LEGS??????????????????????????????
I have not heard of that.
Nattokinase
I've been considering buying a panel and sitting NUDE in front of it. Not getting sunlight on my body at all in winter and think it would force me to meditate since I have to sit there 10-20 mins.
Unfortunately, a red light panel isn’t a sustainable replacement for sunlight. It’s better than nothing but it won’t mitigate all the side effects of not getting full spectrum sun light.
Exposing testicles to red light theraphy is very beneficial to raising testosterone levels!
AND IT CURES CANCER AND BROKEN SPINE
It also cures stupidity. You should try it.
wow. i also heard it cures anal stretching. how come you left that out from your personal experience.@@MichaelKummer
