    • @MichaelKummer
      @MichaelKummer  Před 5 měsíci +2

      I'd say so considering that nerve tissue also benefits from increased blood flow and nutrient delivery. But I'd also recommend making some lifestyle changes (e.g., diet) to better regulate your immune system. See michaelkummer.com/health/plants-vs-meat/ for an example of what I mean by that.

    You must be from Europe, we are in Spain & most panels reviewed are from the states...
    Can you recommend a decent panel from Europe or the UK?

      Hey Diana,
      Yeah, I'm from Austria (originally) but I don't know of any brand from the EU. I've lived in the U.S. for over a decade. I think the best course of action for your mom would be to dial in her diet. That's more effective than spot treatments with RLT. Check out www.primalshiftpodcast.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-animal-based-nutrition/ for what I mean by that. The episode is also on CZcams.

    Can RLT help with osteoporosis

    • @MichaelKummer
      @MichaelKummer  Před 6 měsíci +5

      Yes, RLT can help but it's equally important to increase your intake in micronutrients including Vitamin K2 MK4 and calcium as well as to expose yourself to natural sunlight without wearing sunscreen to ensure optimal absorption.
      I'd even consider supplementing with Beef Liver and Bone & Marrow to ensure sufficient micronutrient intake. See shop.michaelkummer.com for freeze-dried versions of those foods.
