  • This routine is perfect for anyone looking to increase size and strength in their lats, creating the famous sought-after v-taper physique!
    - Warm-up thoroughly before starting workout
    - Reps & Sets for each exercise listed in video
    - Rest for 2:00 - 3:00 between each set
    When completing workout, aim to complete the minimum amount of reps shown on the video, in each session increase your reps until you reach the max shown. Once completed, you can either move to a harder progression/add weight/increase number of sets.
