At 59 years of age, stopped in my tracks following a summer flu, no job, a small income, and like many people, Italy being my favourite place in the World, I read, 'manifest what you want', so I watch these type of videos to do my soul good. :) But I've never watched and seen a property that brought tears to my eyes like this wonderful place did. It REALLY did my soul good. Thank you.
if you have european ancestry you can live anywhere in Europe with dual citizenship. if not, many other beautiful countries will allow american expats to retire in their country its good for their economy, not Italy, but Slovenia is very nice..croatia, greece...
Hey! I watch all those Chateau shows and you could probably get on a work away site and at least enjoy the views. I don't know but I think you work 5 hours a day and you can spend the rest of the time learning to cook something new or learning the language. I really thought about it but I'm 67 and my back is a wreck. Good luck. The Lord blesses us in different ways.
@@jamie615 Oh I never new this. My parents born in Greece but Im from the States. I want to move to Italy after I retire in 2 years.People thought I was crazy moving to Hawaii from NJ in 1987. @@t-tsaki1904 yes...i am applying for my european citizenship- it takes a few months-to a year...you need to have someone in greece (or a lawyer) to go to the city hall in the town where you parents were born to obtain an original birth certificate. many european americans will do this soon...so im getting a head start before property in europe is no longer affordable.
Breathtaking! This is now my favorite among your videos that I’ve seen. The reason why I watch Abode everyday is because it relieves my stress or gives me a relaxing feeling before I work. The excitement this video brings is nonstop, from beginning to end . What a beautiful restoration, it’s Perfect: from the landscaped gardens, to the preserved original stonework( I've been looking for that sink for a long time), to the maintained color combination of white and distressed blue green, it’s almost like shabby-chic. Restored Provencal living room and dining room. Really awesome!
There isn't a single square inch of this property that I don't love. The attention to detail, great architectural design and amazing furnishing taste. I mean, I could be writing the longest review on this property and mere words just don't do justice to what this house represents in terms of going the extra mile to achieve something so close to perfection. Thank you for sharing, I am definitely subscribed to your channel and can't wait to see the rest of your videos. Salute!
WOW. This place is an absolute Paradise!! Everything about it is perfection. So gorgeous, and so tastefully decorated , with so much attention to detail. What a complete dream home!! 🧡
It's amazing how the Italians have managed to keep such large areas free of development! I live in a 'desirable' area, moderate climate, bug free, minutes to the sea.... and massive development in the past 10 years. I've lived here all my life and even though I have quite a bit of acreage there is still the constant noise of excavators, blasting, delivery trucks, motorcycles, not to mention entire mountainsides destroyed to put in row upon row of ghastly houses with 'sea glimpses'. I hope Italy continues to keep these areas free of the evils of the almighty dollar (or Euro). This is very beautiful Nick, another one that feels like 'home'. Thank you.
I think the big trick is NOT living in a 'desirable' area, the developers feel the same. I agree, let this countryside live on. Let's face it... living out here would require an owner with VAST sums. I am so envious of people with these means! Dreamworthy!
Not all of Italy is like these videos. I have spent the past 5 decades living between London and Umbria. And the development in Umbria has been phenomenal - not always for the best aesthetically. Of course what this development means is jobs, comfort and affluence for the people who live there. What is possible in Italy, and much of this is due to the geography, is that it is still possible to find isolated villages, towns and hamlets. Because Italy has a mountain range that runs right through its spine (other than the Po valley) up until recently travelling east to west was complicated and everything in between was ‘cut off’.
@@shaash5236 I'm Italian living in Italy, Italy is very diverse even for mentality honestly. The only tiring stuff of Italy is its politicians otherwise would be a nice place to live.
I am a licensed realtor in the U.S. but am old, have gotten lazy, and don't do much with it. I hope these videos bring you lots of sales. A great way to market your listings! I salute you for sticking with it all the years you have and for sharing these dream properties with us.
Oh what a dream property just love it 😍 heaven on earth, such meticulous detail and care taken inside and out. I’ve watched this a number of times and it’s now my go to happy place 😃 your enthusiasm is contagious Nick, your tours are so genuine and demonstrate passion for all the properties in your videos. Well Done 👍
Love the wood posts on the patio. They look like repurposed Morracan or tibetan. The asking price is more than fair. The owner has wonderful taste. Exquisite!
Many houses/ properties are for sure beautiful BUT...this is a picture book perfect gem with a soul, isn't it? All the details, that tasteful decorations. Everything matches with everything and the garden with the pool, the view, the flowers is the cherry on top of the cake. Thank you very much for showing us this treasure, dear Nick!
Oh Nick!! Majestic property so the grass was a little faded, the rest of the out side was dreamy that ping pong area was unlike anything I've ever seen the property inside was unbelievable!! If I was showing it I'd be giddy too😂 thankyou soooo much for sharing 😊❤❤
As usual, you always amaze us every time with an architectural masterpiece that causes us confusion between it and the previous one ..!! For your information, I watch any video of yours two or three times to cheer myself up and let my imagination live in the corners, rooms, and halls of your masterpieces.
I have been watching your videos for something like three or fours months so far and this must be the absolutely most beautiful property I have seen up until this moment. Gosh... I was equally astonished by the beauty of this property as you were showing it. Excelent video
Nick !!!! That was fantastic!! Can’t believe you shot for World of Interiors…. I knew you were cool ! Property is beautifully styled & located. Can’t believe she’s selling!!!!
I've noticed as well that none of them have a vegetable garden. I suppose it's cheaper and less bother to buy from the locals, but I would for sure turn that lawn into a vegetable patch :)
The most incredibly beautiful property I have ever seen watching any property show. It incorporates everything I have ever dreamed off as a boy and still do as a man.
So glad to see you out n about! You were missed Nick! See you on the next rummage. This property was charming! Some people are blessed beyond my wildest dreams🐒🌴
This is my favourite so far from a large list of outstanding Italian properties. If I could only hit pause on the sale of it or fast forward on my career for 3 years then this is an absolutely achievable dream. The presentation of this property overall sets a new bar for me. A very high bar. Well done!😍
What a stunner! That pool is absolutely fantastique! I think I spotted some lavender as we approached the pool. Thanks, Nick, for a top class tour of a top class residence.
Yes very rustic/antique elements, loving some things, earth tones are beautiful, but gotta say, olive, sienna, peach and goldenrod sage and a bit of sea foam green-other blues may do as well to interject into the pallet scheme, and lastly some throws of a-little vivid reds and lavenders,..so thank you for your beautiful tour. It’s just that too much white can be as overwhelming as too much color. This place would make a great start for decorating.
One of your best tours yet. Great old stone place, well loved and tended. Looks like Summer Crush hydrangea in the outdoor clay pots. I especially love the aged wood detail in every room, including the farm kitchen Thanks for including us in your Privileged walkabout.
Absolutely fabulous property Nick! This is the most beautiful home that I have seen after watching many of your videos. Way outside our price point and we are looking in Abruzzo. The attention to detail and the interior design of this entire home is really beyond words. I believe this property will sell quite quickly. Those new owners will just be over the moon. 🌙
Nick, I watched this wonderful tour of this spectacular property, the second time now. I think my second favorite, excellent retro . Right, Cracking on ! Thank you.
This is my favorite among the ones I've seen thus far. I love the intimate scale of the interior, and it's been decorated so that the furniture fits the proportions of the rooms. I like the low ceilings. It is just a tad bit cold-looking, but a bunch of textiles would easily to the trick --- rugs, wall hangings, table cloths, etc.
Nick, Excellent video (as always) & property. Down here outside Rome we let our grass go brown not solely due to the cost of irrigation but also because it all but eliminates mosquitos, meaning evening meals outside are just perfect.
Hi Nick This was probably about the second presentation I watched with you. I fell in love and still am with this property. I know it's sold but I keep revisiting from time to time. Love and look forward to your presentations week in week out. Thankyou. Kathleen from NSW Australia

Every room is perfectly appointed. I just adore their wonderful taste in some beautiful antique furniture. The garden is like a delicious icing on a yummy cake. It must break their heart to move on.

Fantastic home, the grounds look like a public park! That sucks you where in quarantine for a few days! Glade your out & can continue showing us your amazing region. With every video I dream of moving or least renting a place for an extended amount of time! Cheers Kirk
Nick another great tour👍🏻. 2 questions , why if the house is on a well would the water cost money for the grass? It’s looks fine but love the lush green Italian countryside. Also could you do a follow up video on properties that have sold and what they were listed for and what they actually sold for. I think it would be interesting to see what the market demands in Italy are. Thanks again , you do amazing work!😘
Dear Anne, Thanks for your comment. That's a good idea. "Before and After". Let me think about it. The grass is only this colour for July and August. Electricity is expensive in Italy. Also, you have to look after your well. Some people do, others' don't. I'm more "Save the Planet" when it comes to green grass. Best wishes, Nick.
See 17.37 ...... Wow you got your own small forest right there , with trees , ..and so many cute places to hang out, on the property ! They could use this for film making ! See 18.56

This is truly an outstandingly beautiful and unique house and property. The outbuildings which houses bedrooms that I'd long to have myself; I adore the colours they chose, so peaceful. Set in breathtaking country and I was astonished at the price, one would expect a much higher price for such a jewel. Thank you Nick, and hello from New Zealand.

I'll give this a thumbs up, after a minute into it because: 1) Welcome back Nick 2) The infinity pool and the view it's a no-brainer 3) "Amazing stone work: I will be touching it" Now I'll go back to watch the rest of the video knowing it won't disappoint.
And after finishing the video, despite a little rearrangement I'll do (but that's my taste and I'm looking for a house to live all year), it's still thumbs up! Keep them coming Nick!
This is truly a home and lovely as Bed and Breakfast modestly speaking or for friends and family to visit. I absolutely felt right at home with this. Beautiful home and well constructed.

stunning property!! floats my boat as well
I'll give this a thumbs up, after a minute into it because:
1) Welcome back Nick
2) The infinity pool and the view it's a no-brainer
3) "Amazing stone work: I will be touching it"
Now I'll go back to watch the rest of the video knowing it won't disappoint.
And after finishing the video, despite a little rearrangement I'll do (but that's my taste and I'm looking for a house to live all year), it's still thumbs up! Keep them coming Nick!
Thank you Mr. Pooties. Always enjoy your comments. Best wishes, Nick.
Oh wow, I'm in love with that wonderful property
Im only at the beginning of the video and already have fallen in love with whats yet to come !!!
When the house has a spectacular stove, zoom in on it, please!!!
I also wanted to see the refrigerator...
Okay, I will. Thanks for the tip. Best, Nick.
Enjoyable. Marvelous home. Don’t need much more… it has all the amenities you need. The pool is just gorgeous.
Honestly, I’ve fallen in love with Italy.
Hooray! 😀🤗🤗🤗🤗
This is truly a home and lovely as Bed and Breakfast modestly speaking or for friends and family to visit. I absolutely felt right at home with this. Beautiful home and well constructed.
Just Love, Love, Love this prefect interiors, rustic, but simplicity at it's best, oh those butterflies seem flown through a snapshot from the movie, Avatar. Pleasing to the eye, how wonderful is the one who saw that beauty in the mind's eye before it came into being...
I also love this property. 🙏 ❤️ Nick.
I've been binging on your videos and this property is the best so far, very tasteful and beautifully furnished.
Thank you. Best wishes, Nick.
