That staircase!! It is a work of art, and a testament to the skill of the craftsperson who built it. In the bedroom, you could also build closets on either side of, and above, the bed creating an alcove with lighting, and side tables, as well as lots of places to store clothes. The space above could be for out-of-season things. It would also make the room a little less monk-cell like.😉 The corner with the beautiful dresser could be turned into a reading nook, while moving the dresser to another room. It would compliment the built-in storage unit in the living area nicely. Since this is an old palazzo, could the area behind the grating (hole in the wall), be an old priest hole? How do you find such Amazing properties!? Kudos.

Of all the properties you've shown, this is the one Nick. Every single patinated inch of it, not one false step, not one extraneous object or jarring note. I wish I knew how those walls came to be as they are, whether just by age, lime wash or coloured plaster treatment.

Nick, as usual, great video. My wife and I enjoy "window shopping", hugging trees and checking out all those beautiful Italian knockers with you. Suggestion: how about posting a pinned Google map of each property (with link) so we can look around the area, do street views and get a feel for the neighborhoods. Perhaps include a map inset of your location in the video too. Again, thanks for your efforts and your beautiful slow moving and un-shaky videos. You've given us all a Grand Tour of Italy. P.S. Maybe once in a while, like here in a town like Todd (never been but want to) you could show what is near by like for shopping, eating, etc. You could start the video there and walk towards the property or do it at the end. So in all seriousness - is it priced that low because it is very remote from everything or is it seriously haunted? I am not trying to be funny - I can remember houses in the Deep South (lowcountry SC area) not selling because they were supposedly haunted. There were some paranormal slams and bangs in his video, so was it just crosswinds or maybe a ghost? I know half the people who follow Nick are laughing at me but why so cheap? This house doesn't look like it needs much at all! And I personally love that there wasn't a huge olive grove or vineyard to maintain!

What an extraordinary property. The fluidity of that remarkable staircase truly is a work of art. My only real concern is the 'kitchen' which although not remotely to my taste, is also literally and figuratively a work of art (as you indicated) and which, for that very reason, I would not change. Where however does one store their food, dinnerware, glassware, cookware, and small appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, blenders, etc. when the minimal open, built in shelving seems to be all there is. With no additional pantry to my recollection, that particular room seems to be a rather extreme example of form over function. The rest of the place however, is just one delight after another (including the Nancy Drew mystery tunnel). I feel very lucky to have had an opportunity to tour this unique home... thank you.

Such an amazing property! What you described as the artist studio is absolutely stunning with its high brick-vaulted ceilings and stone walls. It would make a lovely media/TV room. I agree, the staircase is a work of art.

The building looks so big from the outside but inside the rooms are so narrow. There was a lot of storage spaces which could be closets since there's no where to put your clothes. It's definitely for adults without kids or just one child. But for the price it would make a great vacation home. So is it a condominium? Do other people live in the same building? Thanks for the tour.

So perfecto! Dancing school to cooking school, Yoga, and even not mentioend Reiki or healiing Touch sessions or classes. Maybe massage if someone available for this? Weddings, Receptions, you name it and it covers all including the swimming and all spas. What a place. Architecture so wonderful, and the exta buildigns marvelous and needed. Could have a Bed and Breakkfast even. But need to schedule i ll very carefully. Certainly cold be fun and the landscape is to die for not counting having a kitchen like that where everything is accepable and ready, As time goes one can put all their own lovely touches on this too, and yet the main idea is already the and ready for business ( Just about) It needs new owners and all legally set in place and whatever ne needs to give it that look they should desire. Not changing the main features needed to keep it most original . Love it, Nick! Thank you for shoing it and wish I was the one who would be owner but it is not right for me, now. If younger and take the tiem to teach some of it especially dancing and doing healing touch and reiki and also, some of the other things as for weddings , Scheduling etc. do need a large family in this business working together or certainly trusted people to help work here ,and enjoy it as much as the owners do! Making sure the landscaping is kept up nicely and flowers in the right plaes especially Roses (June weddings especially) but ever bloomers to try to keep all running smoothly and other kinds to keep goong all season long. Even evergreen, as Winters can bring some business as well. Christmas can be a very joyous time for celebrations of all kinds! Think the price is fair. Not sure if any furnishings are included ho expensive it can be, but they jsut need to work it all out nd about fixtures staying and water supply. I take it maybe it runs off mains for water>? Not a well or septic? Guess they are questiosn new owner perspectives can ask? Want t make sure one has plenty of water. There is not a chapel? Maybe something like this would help with the wedding ceremonies, to have one room some place ,done up just for this, but guess they have used maybe the huge dining area for this? Needing a priest of minister? But maybe there would be a room for it special someday, one never knows? Or did I miss it? Think owners really need to live there too though, to make sure all is going well> TY!
