- This is the rummage of all rummages. I love it and I'm sure for those of you that love Italian property, Italian history and the thrill of unbelievable unexpected finds, then this is the Italian Property video tour for you.
This 16th century Palazzo in Tuscany is absolutely, in my view, just amazing. It's not on our website but I will tell you right now the asking price is €1,150,000, to include most of the furniture. The incredible thing about the Italian property is its uniqueness. There's a room which hasn't been touched for 60 plus years. Yes, I know I made a mistake on the video but it really doesn't matter. When do you get to see a room that hasn't been cleaned for this amount of time! Full of Historical Treasures, original floors and doors, beautiful ceilings, the list just goes on and on.
This Italian property, in my view, is totally awesome!
I really enjoyed shooting this "One Take Italian Property Tour". Hopefully not too much huffing and puffing, but it was hot. If you need any further information just comment or email.
It's a long one, so open the Chianti Classico, slice the salami, get the olives and sit back and enjoy.

I had the pleasure of staying here about 15yrs ago. A friend had rented out the entire estate for his birthday celebration. Absolutely incredible property. The owner took us on a tour of the library and her grandfather's laboratory, which was unreal. There were also some turtles on the grounds that were over 100yrs old that she played with when she was a child.
What an amazing location for a celebration. This property really tugs at my heart in such a delightful way. I'm not a chemist, but am a holistic product innovator, and I can completely see myself living here, working here, and entertaining and hold personal development retreats here. While I love the Italian countryside, this small village with its history are truly glorious. I love your job, too, Nick!
What a marvelous house. Yes, the electrics need doing, but you could move in tomorrow. With a live in housekeeper/cook you would never need to leave your home. Apart from a potter around the garden when you felt like it and a dip into the pool likewise.
This house is the house dreams are made of.
Nick, that one was very special - a time capsule! It's a shame it will be changing families as their love is woven into the fabric of the place. I only hope this home receives the respect and care it deserves from the next owner.
Me too. Best, Nick.
Some houses are time machines - so refined and beautiful.
That "bubble" in the window glass is what is commonly referred to as a "bullseye" to people in the preservation field. And the bathrooms are LOVELY. Updating them would be a travesty!
D.L. - I wouldn't remodel the bathrooms, either - except- the showers, themselves: They look out of place, and a bit cheap, compared, esp. to the rest of the residence, and furnishings!
This video makes me cry. I could only dream of living in such a beautiful home in a beautiful little village like this. Thank you for allowing us to dream a little bit.
Oh Nick I'm speechless really I am!!! Never seen anything like it !! I agree with you that chemical workshop should be in a museum!! Thankyou so very much for showing us around!! 🙏🚵🇬🇧
🙏 Have a great weekend. Best wishes, Nick.
WOW 🤩 I was just thinking “you can keep all the houses with swimming pools” then you walk into the beautiful garden with the most exquisite pool.
Thank you so much for showcasing this beautiful property Nick.
Thanks Susie. Best wishes, Nick.
Wow, wow, wow! Worth every penny and more! What a beautiful home and I would not change a thing. I wish I was there so I could tour that place in person. The best so far Nick! Thank you, you made my day.
I agree, @Linda Doran. This was the ultimate for me. And that garden ???? What ???? Your own clock tower????
The comments made before mine tell it all. This palazzo is so beautiful! It’s very logically laid out and the architecture is the stuff dreams are made of. (Dreams of living in Italy).
This rummage is my favorite to date. It is just wonderful to be among those getting this personal tour and your excitement is contagious!
Thank you for putting these one take tours where we can see them all over the world 🙏🏻
Thank you. Very kind. Nick.
The furniture and woodwork alone was amazing. I also wouldn't even bother updating the bathrooms, as they have some fantastic character. It really was a time capsule. Amazing history.
Thanks. Best, Nick.
Some of the bathrooms need to be completely updated, but the others should be minimally updated to preserve the historical feel. The showers could use retiling, but that's all I would do.
I absolutely loved this tour. What a find. The house alone was fabulous but the garden took it over the moon. Thank you.
Absolutely PRICELESS !!! I wouldnt change anything if i didnt have to. Such a pity that the chemistry rooms werent kept there, i would have used that as a museum, with a separate entrance of course. What a great piece of history.
This room with all the original bottles and chemistry and chemicals is absolutely unheard of it is like being in a museum this is beyond unforgotten or abandoned well Nick this is above and beyond the imagination of what a property could possibly be like in Italy well done thank you so much for sharing until next time ciao
OMG!! Unbelievable!! It’s a shame the laboratory could not stay intact with the house! The garden is phenomenal!
Thanks Kathy. Yes, I agree. Best wishes, Nick.
This was such a beautiful tour of an "out of a dream" house. As an American I am so thrilled that nothing is painted grey! I feel as other subscribers might, that our modern world has lost a lot. This home,in particular, is so full of
Life! and history come to life thanks to your excellent commentary. Thank you so much.
Thank you Cheryl. I love this house too. ❤️ Nick.
As a collector of apothecary class ware I just fell over over myself with a stupendous degree of WANT
What a fantastic house, Nick! Beautifully filmed and described by you! Your knowledge and enthusiasm is extraordinary. Thank you. Would never have a chance to see anything like this in reality.
I love how he's almost giggling with delight. I would be hopping up and down, jazz hands and all! 🤗
Such a beautiful Palazzo and you are correct - Time has stood still!! Thank you for the awesome tour!
I still can’t believe the chemist room. I could rummage through this home for many hrs.
Thank you very much for showing this excepional house! So typically Italian in all its features. It would be great if the new owners decided to keep it as it is with little change.
For us Italians Monterchi is famous for a unique painting by Piero della Francesca. It is called Madonna del parto and Piero painted it in a local church to celebrate his mother who came from this village. It is one of the most beautiful and moving paintings ever. Just the idea to own a house in that very place is mind-blowing. Thank you again!
Thank you Rossella for your fabulous comment. Yes, I agree, the painting is incredible. Best wishes, Nick.
Wow on too many levels. First that place was big enough to house an army regiment. I would love to know how many iterations of the interior happened since it was built. I understand the sentimental value of the fathers lab and study, I can’t imagine leaving it undisturbed for 60 years. The palazzo as stated is worth more than the asking price, however the new owner will likely incur multiple hundreds of thousands to update the electrical, heating, etc. Nick this was truly a special opportunity look inside an original palazzo . Thank you.
IS FURNATURE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Wow, the grandfather's office is just so fantastic! I love things like that.
Me too. 🤗🙏❤️
Wow what an amazing home! A true piece of history! Great camera work as always Nick! The location is also wonderful being right in town. I could keep writing about how amazing this property is but I don’t think it would all fit! Thanks for this great video Nick! Great work!
Thank you Mary, Best wishes, Nick.
OH MY GOD! This house and it’s grounds is simply stunning. Oh if only!
The man in the photo was Thomas Edison, the inventor of the light bulb..supposedly..looked to be an original with a Signature..AMAZING. I am on the edge of tears watching. The story, the laboratory etc it is just stunning. I would only purchase if the lab areas came complete..then I would lock it away until warm weather and hold small dinners in the garden with tours of the place and of course a story teller on the tour. The place just makes my heart pitter patter❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Absolutely stunning Nick. I’m off to check my lottery tickets, still it’s nice to dream.
How amazing just to walk through a piece of History. 👏👏👏
I like the bathrooms. They look good with the house
Thank you so much for allowing me the privilege of witnessing such an amazing journey especially the dispensary 🤔
Bedroom #2 is blowing me away. I’m getting light headed from the beauty assault. I want it. And I want everything in it.
Most magnificent property/ contents, decor to date. Bathrooms included. ‘I say this every time. THIS IS MY FAVORITE

Simply stunning! Details! History! Nostalgia galore!
Gorgeous! Jaw dropping!
This property is just stunning❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wow! What a cool place!
Wow, I have to find my words....
Yap, agree - the rummage of rummages, especially the ancient lab. Untouched for really ages, unbelievable! Being a scientist myself, the lab section thrilled, excited and mesmerized me totally. I could stroll there around for days, if not weeks. And all those books; and the Terracotta stoves - never seen them before. And these ancient Terrcotta floor tiles - I adore them as much as you do.
Ya, that was worth watching, really a "Whopper"
Really enjoyed reading your comment. Thank you. Best wishes, Nick.
Incredible-magic for sure.

A wonderful Palazzo and thank you Nick for a lovely tour. It is a jewel and if funds were available we would be there 24/7. ❤👍

I’m so in love with this house !!!!!!!!
💜💜💜💜
🤯 I can't believe such amazing places exist, truly a time capsule !!!!
It is unbelievable. I'd probably numb into something in that lab and blow the place up. Just fascinating. Thanks Nick

Thank you SO much for all your comments. Best wishes, Nick.
@@italianproperty Nick: I’m floating after that tour. What a shame to sell that fabulous property. To dismantle the lab -
@@italianproperty literally a movie set
You have made an 83 year old woman living in Salem, Massachusetts USA, just thrilled to see these gorgeous, historic places to live. Thank you
Thank you Jean Lee. Have a lovely weekend. ❤️ Nick.
What a fantastic property! If we win the lottery this is the house we would want!
The architecture is sublime and those terra cotta floors are imbue3d with the footsteps of hundreds of years...so much character.
As much as we enjoy seeing the houses in the countryside we really prefer living in a small town where you get to know the townspeople and become part of the community.
Thank you for bringing us along on this rummage. Another one to dream about!
Really enjoyed reading your comment Carol. 🙏 I love this property. Best wishes, N.
Every surface was photographed, I hope, before the museum was deconstructed. A treasure for the ages, that lab.
Probably the best room I have every filmed. Thank you. Nick.
I WAS ABSOLUTELY JAW DROPPED WHEN YOU OPENED THAT LAB DOOR...

Amazing palazzo and garden.
I found this video on Christmas Day, 2021. What a gift.
Worth every penny!!!! Absolutely fantastic piece of history. The furniture alone is worth the prices of the palazzo. If the walls could talk what tales they would tell. Thank you for showing this magnificent masterpiece.

Yes it is. ❤️❤️❤️
Wow what an incredible space ❤
Love Tuscany...Etruscan art,. Ooh. Aaah!
What an absolute privilege to see that before they cleared it out. My nerdy self was in complete awe!!! (Thomas Alba Edison was an inventor. He created the incandescent light, motion picture camera, and I believe the phonograph? Not positive on that last one.) That garden was a complete surprise as well. I hope that room is recreated in a museum somewhere for others to enjoy. It was a complete treasure. Thank you so much for sharing that with us!
Thank you so much Jennifer for your comment. Best wishes, Nick.
Nick, I absolutely loved your tour of this unbelievable property!
Thanks James. Best wishes, Nick.
