    Where did you get the magnet? I’m gonna be doing this job next weekend. My wheel bearing is bad. Hoping I don’t have to buy an axle

      I’ve had that for a while but I just got it from a local parts store. It’s just a telescopic thing like an antenna with a small magnet on the end. Pretty handy.

    What did the bad axle bearing sound like

      Like a rumbling noise. A loud rumble noise that got worse as the speed increased.

      @@carguytroy I have a clicking/ metal noise on mine. Something in the drivetrain thinking it is this. Is do have a seal leak as well a bad one on the right rear.

      @@LibertyRCTVif you have a leak from the diff and your hearing noise the damage is already done it’s very bad for a diff to run dry

      @@jaredhubbard7299 I have a leak from the bearing not the diff, also a bad diff sounds like a howl which isn’t what I have. I’ve got bad bearings whether in the driveshaft or wheels that I’m not sure
